The UCO Switch Spork is a two-piece camp utensil set (one fork and one spoon/knife combination) made from food-grade, BPA-free glass-filled nylon. The two pieces lock together end to end for extra reach into freeze-dried meal bags and deep containers, then snap into a single compact unit for storage and travel. Available in four colors: Campgreen, Sandstone, Stoneblue, and Venture.
Extra Length When You Need It
Reaching the last spoonfuls at the bottom of a freeze-dried meal bag or a deep pot is a real frustration with standard-length utensils. The Switch Spork's two-piece design locks end to end, extending the handle so you can eat cleanly without tipping the bag or burning your knuckles on a hot container. When the meal is done, the pieces snap back together into one compact unit that takes up minimal space in a kit bag or pocket.
Built to Hang, Clip, and Dry
The Switch Spork includes a reusable tether and attachment points on both pieces. Clip it to a pack strap so it's ready at a rest stop, hang it from a branch or a gear line to air-dry after washing, or keep the two pieces together so nothing gets separated in a crowded pack. The glass-filled nylon construction resists flex and wear through repeated use and washing, and UCO backs the set with a limited lifetime warranty.

Who This Is For and Isn't
The UCO Switch Spork suits campers, backpackers, and anyone eating from freeze-dried meal bags or deep containers who wants one utensil set that handles fork, spoon, and knife duties and packs down small. The tether and attachment points make it practical for clipping to a pack or drying on a gear line.
The Switch Spork does not include a dedicated knife blade. The knife function is integrated into the spoon/knife combination piece.
Common Questions
Can the fork and spoon/knife be used separately, or must they always be connected?
The UCO Switch Spork pieces work independently. Use the fork alone or the spoon/knife alone for everyday eating, or lock them end to end when extra length is needed for deep containers or freeze-dried meal bags. The reusable tether keeps both pieces together when not in use.
What is the Switch Spork made from, and is it safe for food contact?
The UCO Switch Spork is made from glass-filled nylon that is food-grade and BPA-free, making it safe for direct food contact. The glass-filled construction adds rigidity and durability compared to standard nylon utensils.
Does the Switch Spork include a tether, and how does it attach to a pack?
Each UCO Switch Spork set includes one reusable tether. Attachment points on the utensil pieces work with the tether to clip the set to a pack strap, hang it from a gear line to dry, or keep the two pieces secured together during transport.
What warranty does the Switch Spork carry?
The UCO Switch Spork is covered by UCO's limited lifetime warranty as part of the UCO Ware line. Contact TerrainVault for warranty service details and next steps.
