Price Guarantee

At TerrainVault, we want you to buy with confidence. We work with brands directly and price our products competitively, and we back that up with a price guarantee on every order.

If, within six months of your purchase, you find the same item offered at a lower price by another authorized retailer than the price you paid at TerrainVault at the time of purchase, we will refund the difference.

To request a refund, email us a link to the product on our website and the same product on the competitor's website within six months of your purchase date at support@terrainvault.com, and we will process the refund.

Terms and Conditions of the TerrainVault Price Guarantee

• You must have purchased the item from our website before requesting a price match.
• Discounted items, bundles and free-with-purchase items are not eligible.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website at the time of your request.
• The price guarantee is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
• The competitor must be an online store and may not be a brick-and-mortar-only retailer.
• The competitor may not be a discounter or auction site (for example eBay or Overstock) and must be an authorized retailer of the product.
• The guarantee covers the item price plus shipping charges. It excludes sales tax.
• Some brands set minimum advertised prices (MAP). Where a brand's policy does not allow it, we may be unable to match a price and will tell you so.
