Primus Generator Tube for Spider and Power Stoves

The Primus Generator Tube (part number P734360) is a replacement part designed to keep Primus Spider and Power stoves running. Generator tubes are among the components most subject to wear in liquid-fuel stove systems, and having a correct replacement on hand means a worn or damaged tube does not end a trip or retire a stove prematurely.

Repair Instead of Replace

Primus designs its inline stoves so that high-wear components can be swapped out in the field or at home, without sending the stove in for service. A generator tube that has degraded from heat cycling or fuel residue buildup can be replaced directly, restoring the stove to working condition at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. That approach keeps a well-maintained stove in service for years beyond what a non-serviceable design would allow.

Correct Fit for Spider and Power Stove Owners

This tube is specified for Primus Spider and Power stoves. A correct-fit replacement part seats and seals as the stove was designed, which matters for both performance and safety in a pressurized fuel system.

Who This Is For and Isn't

Common Questions

Which Primus stoves does this generator tube fit?

The Primus Generator Tube P734360 is specified for Primus Spider and Power stoves. It is not listed as compatible with other Primus stove families, so owners of other models should verify fitment before ordering.

What does a generator tube do in a liquid-fuel stove?

In a liquid-fuel inline stove, the generator tube carries fuel from the bottle toward the burner and is exposed to sustained heat during operation. Over time that heat cycling and fuel residue can degrade the tube, reducing stove performance or causing it to stop functioning reliably.

Is fuel or a canister included with this part?

No fuel canister or fuel bottle is included with the Primus Generator Tube P734360. This listing covers the replacement tube only.
