The Leitner Designs ACS Forged Tonneau is an aluminum alloy truck bed rack engineered for overlanders and truck owners who need serious load-carrying capacity without sacrificing bed access. Single-piece aluminum alloy uprights and grade 10.9 black Zn-Ni coated fasteners -- each pre-coated with Loctite -- give the system its structural backbone. The rack stands 23 inches tall measured from the top of the bed caps and installs with basic hand tools using a fully bolt-on design. Fitments are available for the Chevrolet Colorado, Classic, Silverado 1500, and Silverado 2500/3500 HD across a range of bed lengths and model years. A compatible T-Slot Rail tonneau cover is required and sold separately; the rack cannot be used without one.

Tonneau cover compatibility
The ACS Forged Tonneau is compatible with the following retractable tonneau covers: Retrax Pro XR (manual or electric), Retrax EQ, Retrax One XR (manual or electric), Pace Edwards Explorer Series Rails, and Pace Edwards UltraGroove. A powered tonneau cover is strongly recommended to maintain full system functionality.
The 2019-2024 Silverado 1500 does not fit with factory side storage boxes installed.
