The Leitner Designs ACS Forged Tonneau is an aluminum alloy truck bed rack built for the Jeep Gladiator (2020–2026, 5-foot bed). Single-piece aluminum alloy uprights and grade 10.9 black Zn-Ni coated fasteners give the system its load-carrying capacity: 800 lbs on-road dynamic and 1,400 lbs parked static. The product FAQ states a load rating of 400 lbs on-road dynamic and 800 lbs parked static. The rack stands 23 inches tall measured from the top of the bed caps and weighs 85 lbs. It is 100% bolt-on and assembles with basic hand tools. A compatible T-Slot Rail tonneau cover is required and sold separately.

Compatible Tonneau Covers
The product FAQ states that for the Jeep Gladiator, only the EGR ROLLTRAC powered tonneau cover is compatible, as it is the only T-Slot Rail cover available for this platform. The product page description lists the following retractable tonneau covers as compatible with the ACS Forged Tonneau system: Retrax Pro XR (manual or electric), Retrax EQ, Retrax One XR (manual or electric), Pace Edwards Explorer Series Rails, and Pace Edwards UltraGroove; covers not listed have either not been tested, or their T-slot dimensions and/or retractable portion may interfere with rack installation and operation. A powered tonneau cover is strongly recommended to maintain full rack functionality.
