The Leitner Designs ACS Forged is an aluminum alloy truck bed rack system built for Toyota Tundra and Tacoma pickups. Single-piece aluminum alloy uprights and grade 10.9 black Zn-Ni coated fasteners give the system its load-carrying capacity. Each bolt comes precoated with Loctite to resist loosening under sustained vibration. The system stands 23 inches tall measured from the top of the bed caps and is available in configurations for Tundra beds from 2001 through 2022-and-newer and Tacoma short and long beds from 2005 through 2024-and-newer.
Features
- No-drill bolt-on installation: The ACS FORGED mounts without drilling and comes with all mounting hardware; installation requires only basic hand tools.
- Sliding load bar: Repositions with a twist of a knob to accommodate large cargo such as motorcycles and mounted bikes.
- Quad-rail load beam design: Four-rail cross-section on each load bar provides mounting points for a wide range of accessories, including most T-20 slot Thule, Rhino-Rack, and Yakima items.
- Rubber wind diffuser and load pad: Reduces wind noise and keeps cargo from shifting during transit.
- Optional integrated Gear Pods: Locking, water-resistant storage that follows the vehicle body lines and can be added to the system.
- Compatible with DECKED: Fits alongside the DECKED truck bed storage system.
- Made in USA: Designed, engineered, and manufactured in the United States.
