Leitner Designs ACS Forged Aluminum Truck Bed Rack for Chevrolet

The Leitner Designs ACS Forged is an aluminum alloy truck bed rack built for Chevrolet Colorado, Silverado 1500, 2500HD, and 3500HD trucks. Single-piece aluminum alloy uprights and grade 10.9 black Zn-Ni coated fasteners give the system its load-carrying capacity, while zinc-plated and powder-coated steel brackets handle the bed attachment points. The system stands 23 inches tall measured from the top of the bed caps and is designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA. Fitment is available across multiple bed lengths and model years; select your model, year, and bed size using the variant selector.

• Sliding load bar: Repositions with a twist of a knob to accommodate large cargo such as motorcycles and mounted bikes. U.S. Patent 9586629.
• Quad-rail load beam design: Four-rail cross-section on each load bar provides a wide range of mounting positions for accessories.
• Rubber wind diffuser and load pad: Reduces wind noise and keeps cargo from shifting during transit.
• Grade 10.9 black Zn-Ni fasteners: Each bolt is pre-coated with Loctite to resist loosening under extreme vibration.
• Optional integrated Gear Pods: Locking, water-resistant storage pods that follow the vehicle body lines and are available as an add-on accessory. U.S. Patent 10259508.
• Broad accessory compatibility: Fits many Thule, Rhino-Rack, and Yakima accessories; also compatible with the DECKED storage system. The product FAQ states compatibility is limited to T-20 slot Thule, Rhino-Rack, and Yakima accessories.
• Installation note: 2019 and newer Silverado 1500 and 2020 and newer Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD require the additional GM Rear Support Bracket.
