The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Coilover System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2017–2023 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, delivering 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, rear leaf spring expansion packs, and 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks as a tuned package. Front lift range varies by model year and option package from 1.5" to 3.75" over stock; rear lift and ride-height effects differ between F-250 and F-350 applications.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tuned as a Complete Package

Because the front coilovers, alignment cams, rear expansion packs, and rear shocks are developed and validated together, the system delivers consistent damping behavior across the full suspension travel rather than the mismatched feel that results from mixing individual components. Buyers who tow regularly, run rough construction-site terrain, or cover long stretches of dirt road get a calibrated baseline without having to dial in components piecemeal.

Ride Height Adjustability Without Sacrificing Towing Capacity

The 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers are ride-height adjustable within their rated lift range, so the truck can be set closer to the lower or upper end of the front lift window to suit tire clearance, load, or aesthetics. Towing capacity is unchanged from stock, a meaningful assurance for F-250 and F-350 owners who use their trucks as work vehicles. The system also reduces body roll compared to the factory setup.

Rear Compliance and Axle Wrap Reduction

The rear leaf spring expansion packs, cast blocks, and U-bolts work together to increase rear spring compliance and reduce axle wrap under acceleration. Both outcomes become more pronounced when a truck is lifted on stiff aftermarket blocks alone, making the integrated rear package a meaningful improvement over a blocks-only approach. The 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks are vehicle-specific tuned to complement the expansion packs rather than fight them.

Features

  • 2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers: ride-height adjustable front coilovers with application-specific alignment cams for proper caster correction
  • 2.0 Aluminum Series Rear Shocks: internal reservoir, vehicle-specific tuned to match the rear spring expansion packs
  • Leaf Spring Expansion Packs: rear packs with cast blocks and U-bolts for improved compliance and reduced axle wrap
  • No Driveshaft Modifications Required: installs without driveshaft changes
  • OEM Wheel and Tire Compatible: fits stock wheels and tires; 35"x12.50" tires confirmed; 37"x12.50" may fit but requires fender trimming
  • Fully Serviceable Shocks: coilovers and rear shocks are fully serviceable after installation

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2017–2023 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty owners running 4WD single-rear-wheel configurations who want a calibrated lift with improved ride compliance for towing, work-site use, and mixed on- and off-road driving.

This system does not fit 2024 or newer Super Duty models, 2WD trucks, F-350 or F-450 Cab and Chassis configurations, or dual-rear-wheel models. An adjustable track bar may be required separately to realign the front axle. Trucks equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps or Onboard Scales require additional parts not included in this kit. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Common Questions

What front lift height will this system give my truck?

Front lift from the Stage 1 Coilover System depends on model year and option package. 2017–2019 Super Duty trucks gain 2.5–3"; 2020–2022 non-Tremor trucks gain 3.25–3.75"; 2020–2022 Tremor trucks gain 2.25–2.75". For 2023 models, diesel non-Tremor gains 2.5–3", diesel Tremor gains 1.5–2", gas non-Tremor gains 3–3.5", and gas Tremor gains 2–2.5".

Does this system fit my 2024 Super Duty?

The Stage 1 Coilover System (K63141L) does not fit 2024 or newer Ford Super Duty models. Fitment is confirmed for 2017–2023 model years only.

Will this system work on my dual-rear-wheel or Cab and Chassis truck?

This Stage 1 system fits single-rear-wheel F-250 and F-350 models only. It does not fit dual-rear-wheel configurations or F-350 and F-450 Cab and Chassis models.

Does installing this system require driveshaft modifications?

No driveshaft modifications are required to install the ICON Stage 1 Coilover System on a compatible 2017–2023 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty 4WD. The coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket must be removed during installation.

Are there any additional parts or recalibrations needed after installation?

ADAS recalibration is required after installing this system. Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps or Onboard Scales require an additional sensor mount kit (part 611081), sold separately. An adjustable track bar may also be needed to realign the front axle left-to-right. A brake line kit (part 61111) is optional but not required for a complete install.
