ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ram 2500 4.5" Lift Box Kit 2014–2026

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2014–2026 Ram 2500 4.5" Lift Box Kit supplies the fabricated and billet ancillary hardware required to complete a 4.5" lift installation on 4WD Ram 2500 trucks. It is designed for use alongside an ICON 4.5" lift suspension system, not as a standalone lift. The kit covers radius arm geometry correction, sway bar management front and rear, 2" of rear lift via coil spacers, and compression-travel limiting at the rear bump stops.

Geometry Corrected from the Ground Up

The radius arm drop brackets are CNC laser-cut and brake-formed from steel plate, two processes that hold tight tolerances on the bracket geometry. Correcting radius arm angle after a lift restores proper front-end alignment and prevents the caster and toe drift that an uncorrected drop produces. Because the brackets are fully bolt-on and include all mounting hardware, no cutting or welding is required at installation.

Sway Bar Control Through the Full Range of Travel

Front sway bar drop brackets and extended rear sway bar links, both fitted with polyurethane bushings, reposition the sway bar endpoints so the bar operates without bind across the suspension's complete range of motion. Bind in a lifted sway bar stiffens the suspension unevenly and can cause handling unpredictability on uneven terrain; eliminating it lets the suspension work as designed at the new ride height.

Rear Lift and Bump Stop Protection

Fabricated rear coil spacers add 2" of rear lift when used with the stock coil springs or factory air springs, bringing the rear ride height in line with the 4.5" front lift for a level stance. Billet aluminum rear bump stop spacers recalibrate compression travel to match the new suspension geometry, protecting components during hard off-road use. All fabricated steel components carry a semi-gloss black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance.

Does this kit include shocks or springs?

The Ram 2500 4.5" Lift Box Kit does not include shocks, coilovers, or springs. It supplies the ancillary hardware (radius arm drop brackets, sway bar components, rear coil spacers, and bump stop spacers) required to complete an ICON 4.5" lift system installation alongside separately purchased ICON shocks and springs.

Will this kit fit a 2WD Ram 2500?

No. The ICON 2014–2026 Ram 2500 4.5" Lift Box Kit fits 4WD models only. It is not compatible with 2WD Ram 2500 trucks.

Do 2019–2026 Ram 2500 owners need anything else?

Yes. On 2019–2026 Ram 2500 and 3500 models, an aftermarket high-angle front driveshaft is required to prevent driveshaft bind after installation. ICON part numbers 212511 or 212512 are recommended; that driveshaft is sold separately and is not included in this box kit.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this kit?

What wheel and tire sizes are recommended with this lift?

With this 4.5" lift, 37" x 12.50" tires fit with OEM wheels. Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes are 17x8.5" (5.25" backspace / 13mm offset), 18x9" (5.50" backspace / 12mm offset), and 20x9" (5.50" backspace / 12mm offset). Larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required.
