The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Billet Upper Trailing Arm Kit replaces the rear upper link arms on 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models with CNC machined 6061 aluminum units built for greater strength, adjustability, and suspension articulation than the factory trailing arms. This kit does not fit the Bronco Raptor.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

On-Vehicle Adjustability Without Removing the Arms

ICON's Double Adjuster System lets you change link arm length and pinion angle while the arms are still installed on the vehicle. Ride height corrections and pinion angle tuning after a lift can be dialed in without pulling the suspension apart, a practical advantage when setting up a build or making incremental adjustments on the trail.

Billet Aluminum Construction With Corrosion Resistance Built In

Each arm is CNC machined in-house from 6061 aluminum billet and then anodized. Anodizing hardens the surface and seals the aluminum against moisture and corrosion, which matters on a vehicle that sees mud, water crossings, and road salt. The vehicle-specific geometry was also designed to maintain fuel tank clearance and maximize suspension articulation through the full range of travel.

Rod Ends and Bushings That Eliminate Bind

Large FK Bearing JMX16T PTFE-lined rod ends replace the factory rubber bushings at the pivot points, reducing deflection and allowing greater articulation without the bind that limits suspension movement in stock form. Dual-durometer bushings are installed throughout the kit and require no periodic greasing or other maintenance. The combination of rod ends and bushings is designed so the suspension moves as intended across the full range of travel rather than fighting compliance limits in the factory components.

Features

  • Double Adjuster System: on-vehicle link arm length and pinion angle adjustment without disassembly
  • CNC machined 6061 aluminum: billet construction machined in-house and anodized for corrosion resistance
  • FK Bearing JMX16T rod ends: large PTFE-lined rod ends for reduced deflection and increased articulation
  • Dual-durometer bushings: maintenance-free, no greasing required, maximum angularity and noise isolation

Who This Is For and Isn't

This kit is for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners who want to correct pinion angle after a lift, reduce suspension bind, or gain on-vehicle adjustability that the factory trailing arms do not provide. It suits builds where suspension articulation and long-term corrosion resistance are priorities.

This kit does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor. It is a rear upper trailing arm replacement and does not include front control arms, shocks, springs, or other suspension components.

Common Questions

Will this kit fit the Ford Bronco Raptor?

No. The ICON Billet Upper Trailing Arm Kit (SKU 44100) is designed specifically for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco and is not compatible with the Bronco Raptor. ICON's application note explicitly excludes the Raptor from this fitment.

Can the arm length be adjusted without removing the arms from the vehicle?

Yes. ICON's Double Adjuster System allows link arm length and pinion angle to be adjusted while the trailing arms remain installed on the vehicle, so ride height and pinion angle corrections can be made without disassembling the rear suspension.

Do the bushings require greasing or periodic maintenance?

No. The dual-durometer bushings in this trailing arm kit are maintenance-free and do not require periodic greasing. They are designed to provide maximum angularity and noise isolation throughout their service life without additional upkeep.

What is the ICON1K test cycle?

The ICON1K is ICON Vehicle Dynamics' real-world validation process, completed by ICON engineers after the design phase. The billet upper trailing arm kit passed this test cycle before release as a final confirmation of durability and performance in actual use conditions.
