The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 8 Billet Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma trucks, delivering 1.25–3 inches of front lift height over stock and 0–1 inch of rear lift through a matched set of 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir shocks, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, billet rear lower links, and a front differential drop kit. This kit is configured for 4WD Tacoma models; 2WD installation is possible without the included differential drop kit.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Remote Reservoir Damping With 10-Position Adjustment
Both the front coilovers and rear shocks in this system use ICON's 2.5 Aluminum Series with CDCV remote reservoirs. The remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area, resisting the damper fade that builds during sustained hard use on rough terrain. The externally adjustable CDC Valve restricts oil flow into the reservoir across 10 discrete compression damping settings, so drivers can tune from a compliant highway ride to a firmer off-road calibration without removing the shocks. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies and 7/8-inch shafts are used throughout.
Corrected Geometry Through the Full Range of Travel
The included billet aluminum upper control arm kit restores and improves front-end geometry at lifted ride heights, adding on-vehicle camber and caster adjustability and increasing clearance for suspension components. The ICON Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. The front differential drop kit (part 55160) optimizes CV joint operating angles at the lifted height and maximizes available front wheel travel on 4WD models. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE units to limit differential movement under load.
Rear End Articulation and Pinion Angle Tuning
ICON billet rear lower links replace the OE rear lower links and provide on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment through the ICON double adjuster. Dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod end bearings at the other deliver free articulation while isolating road noise and vibration. The 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir rear shocks include integrated bump zones and use vehicle-specific valving tuned to balance front-to-rear performance with the front coilovers.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma owners (4WD or 2WD) who want a comprehensive suspension upgrade with tunable damping, corrected lifted geometry, and improved articulation for mixed on-road and off-road use. The 1.25–3 inch front lift range accommodates 33-inch tires on OEM wheels without modification.
This kit does not fit Tacoma submodels equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or those with rear leaf springs. Lift heights stated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories or weight will alter the achieved lift range. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Skid plates, spanner wrenches, and reservoir hose shields are not included and are sold separately.
Common Questions
Does this kit fit both 4WD and 2WD 2024–2026 Toyota Tacomas?
The Stage 8 Billet Suspension System is configured for 4WD Tacoma models and includes the front differential drop kit (part 55160) required for 4WD fitment. A 2WD Tacoma can use all other components in the system without the differential drop kit; ICON notes that 2WD-specific kits are forthcoming.
Will this system work on a Tacoma equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension?
No. The ICON Stage 8 Billet Suspension System is not compatible with 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Buyers should confirm their trim level does not include AVS before ordering.
How much front lift does this system provide, and does that change if the truck is loaded?
The front coilovers are height-adjustable from 1.25 to 3 inches of lift over stock. Those figures apply to a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories, a roof rack, or other weight will reduce the achieved lift height within that range.
How is compression damping adjusted, and how many settings are available?
All four corners of the Stage 8 system use ICON's CDC Valve, an externally adjustable valve mounted on the remote reservoir. Turning the valve restricts oil flow into the reservoir across 10 discrete compression damping settings, from soft to firm, without removing the shocks from the vehicle.
Does ADAS need to be recalibrated after installing this system?
Yes. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after the Stage 8 Billet Suspension System is installed on a 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma. This should be performed by a qualified shop with the appropriate calibration equipment.
