The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 Tubular Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma, delivering 1.25–3 inches of adjustable front lift height over stock through vehicle-specific 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO ball joints, a front differential drop kit, tubular rear upper and lower links, a billet adjustable rear track bar, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir rear shocks, and a triple-rate rear coil spring kit. This kit is configured for 4WD Tacoma models.

Remote Reservoir Damping With 10-Way Compression Adjustment
The front 2.5 Series coilovers and rear 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks both carry ICON CDC Valves, externally adjustable valves that restrict oil flow into the remote reservoir across 10 discrete compression damping settings. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the cavitation and damper fade that occur under sustained hard use. Buyers who split time between highway miles and off-road terrain can dial compression toward soft for daily driving and firm for trail work without removing a wheel.
Corrected Front Geometry Through the Full Range of Travel
The tubular upper control arms replace the OE arms with corrected front-end geometry and added caster. The ICON Delta Joint PRO is a serviceable, rebuildable ball joint rated for 90 degrees of total articulation; it replaces the OE ball joint and allows full bump and droop travel without bind. The front differential drop brackets, combined with ICON-specific coilover lengths, maximize available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind on 4WD models. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to limit differential movement under load.
Triple-Rate Rear Coils and Adjustable Track Bar
The rear triple-rate coil springs use softer droop and ride rates with a firmer overload rate, providing approximately 0.5 inches of rear lift while balancing on-road comfort against bottoming resistance off-road. Tubular rear upper and lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other, allowing rear pinion angle adjustment and free articulation while damping road noise. The billet aluminum rear track bar re-centers the rear axle after the lift; double-adjuster rod end threads allow fine length adjustment on the vehicle without removing or disassembling the bar.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma 4WD owners who want a complete, matched front-and-rear suspension upgrade with adjustable lift, improved wheel travel, and tunable compression damping for mixed on-road and off-road use. Installing on a 2WD Tacoma is possible: the front differential drop kit (part 55160) is not needed for 2WD and the remaining components can be purchased individually, but a 2WD-specific complete kit is not yet available.
This system does not fit 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). It does not fit Tacoma submodels equipped with rear leaf springs. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Stated lift heights apply to a stock-weight vehicle; adding accessories will alter the lift range.
Common Questions
Which 2024–2026 Tacoma submodels does this system fit?
The ICON Stage 11 Tubular system is configured for 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma 4WD models. It does not fit Tacoma trims equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or submodels with rear leaf springs. A 2WD Tacoma can use the remaining components individually without the front differential drop kit, but no 2WD complete kit is currently available.
What does the CDC Valve adjustment actually change?
The ICON CDC Valve is an externally adjustable valve on each shock's remote reservoir. Turning it changes how much resistance the oil encounters flowing into the reservoir, producing 10 distinct compression damping force levels from soft to firm. Adjustment is made externally without removing the shock, so drivers can tune the Stage 11 system for highway comfort or off-road control as conditions change.
Does this system require any recalibration or additional work after installation?
Yes. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after the Stage 11 system is installed on a 2024–2026 Tacoma. A front-end alignment is also expected after any suspension system change of this scope. ICON provides an installation guide; professional installation is advisable given the system's complexity.
What wheel and tire sizes work with this system?
OEM Tacoma wheels and tires fit this Stage 11 system. For aftermarket fitment, ICON recommends 17x8.5 wheels with 5.75-inch backspace and 25mm offset, or 18x9 wheels with 6.00-inch backspace and 25mm offset. Tires up to 33x11.50 inches are recommended; larger tires may fit but could require fender trimming or other modifications.
