The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System for 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma delivers 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift height through a matched set of 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilovers, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, a front differential drop kit, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks, all vehicle-specifically tuned and configured for 4WD models. The system is compatible with OEM wheels and tires and supports up to 33×11.50" aftermarket tires without fender modification.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Active Damping That Reads the Terrain

Each coilover and rear shock in this system is equipped with ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV), which works with the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system to make near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments based on onboard sensor readings of G-forces and chassis movement. Once configured through the IIC iOS app, the system operates without driver input, actively responding to terrain rather than relying on a fixed tune set before the drive. For overlanders and off-road drivers who cover varied terrain in a single trip, this removes the compromise between a comfortable highway tune and an aggressive off-road setting.

More Travel, Less Bind

The front differential drop kit (part 55160) and ICON's coilover-specific length engineering work together to maximize available front suspension travel while keeping CV joint operating angles within safe limits. The tubular upper control arms add corrected front-end geometry and built-in caster improvement over the OE arms. The Delta Joint PRO is a serviceable, rebuildable ball joint replacement with 90 degrees of total articulation that allows full bump and droop travel without bind. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the softer OE units to limit differential movement under load. The result is a front end that uses more of its available travel without stressing driveline components.

Rear Balance, Not an Afterthought

The included 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks are valved specifically to balance with the front coilovers, not simply borrowed from another application. Integrated bump zones provide additional damping control at the limits of travel. The rear shocks support 0–1" of rear lift over stock, keeping the truck's stance proportional across the lift range.

Features

  • 2.5 Series CDEV front coilovers: remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist damper fade under hard use
  • ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): active compression damping via iOS app; functions autonomously once configured
  • Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: corrected geometry, added caster, 90° articulation, serviceable and rebuildable
  • Front differential drop kit included: maximizes CV operating angles and available wheel travel on 4WD models
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV rear shocks: vehicle-specific valving with integrated bump zones, 0–1" rear lift
  • 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components: CAD-plated coilover shock bodies with 7/8" shafts

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma 4WD owners who want electronically active suspension with meaningful lift, corrected front geometry, and a front-to-rear balanced tune for mixed on-road and off-road use. It accommodates OEM wheels and tires and supports up to 33×11.50" aftermarket fitments without body modification.

This system is not compatible with Tacoma submodels equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or with rear leaf spring configurations. The IIC app requires an iOS device; Android is not supported. Lift heights stated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the realized lift range. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Installing on a 2WD Tacoma requires omitting the front differential drop kit (part 55160); 2WD-specific kits are listed separately.

Common Questions

Does this system work with the factory Adaptive Variable Suspension?

The ICON Stage 6 Suspension System for 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles. Buyers should confirm their Tacoma trim does not include AVS before ordering.

Is the ICON Intelligent Control app available on Android?

The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app currently requires an iOS-operated device. Android is not supported. Once the system is configured through the app, it operates autonomously without ongoing driver input.

Will this kit fit a 2WD Tacoma?

This Stage 6 kit is configured for 4WD models and includes the front differential drop kit (part 55160). On a 2WD Toyota Tacoma, the differential drop kit is not needed; the remaining suspension components can be purchased individually with full system functionality. A 2WD-specific kit is listed separately.

What rear lift does this system provide?

The included 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV rear shocks are compatible with 0–1" of rear lift over stock. Front lift is adjustable from 1.25–3" over stock. Both figures apply to a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the realized lift range.

Do the shocks require any recalibration of factory driver-assistance systems?

Yes. Installation of the ICON Stage 6 Suspension System on a 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after the install is complete. This should be performed by a qualified shop with the appropriate diagnostic equipment.
