The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System for the 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma delivers 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift height over stock through a matched set of 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, a front differential drop kit, and 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks. This kit is configured for 4WD Tacoma models; 2WD installations do not require the included differential drop kit.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoir Coilovers Built for Hard Use

The front 2.5 Series coilovers pair ICON-engineered coil springs with remote reservoirs that increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. Under sustained hard use, heat buildup causes damper fade and cavitation; the remote reservoir addresses both by keeping oil cooler and maintaining consistent damping force across a full day of off-road driving. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies and 7/8" shafts are fully serviceable. Height adjustment across the 1.25–3" front lift range lets owners dial in ride height to match wheel, tire, and load choices without swapping springs.

Corrected Geometry with Billet UCAs and Delta Joint PRO

The included billet 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum upper control arms replace the OE units with components that provide corrected front-end geometry, increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance. The patented ICON Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. FK Rod End bearings are used throughout for extended longevity and minimal deflection.

Front Differential Drop and Balanced Rear Damping

The front differential drop kit (part 55160) maximizes available front suspension travel and keeps CV joints operating within their optimal angle range on 4WD models. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace soft OE bushings to limit differential movement under load. At the rear, 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with integrated bump zones and vehicle-specific valving are tuned to balance with the front coilovers; these rear shocks are compatible with 0–1" of rear lift over stock.

Features

  • 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs: vehicle-specific valving, ICON-engineered coil springs, 1.25–3" adjustable front lift height
  • Billet aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: corrected geometry, camber/caster adjustment, 90° articulation, fully rebuildable
  • Front differential drop kit (part 55160): maximizes front travel and prevents CV bind on 4WD models
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks: remote reservoirs, integrated bump zones, 0–1" rear lift compatibility
  • CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts: corrosion-resistant and fully serviceable
  • FK Rod End bearings: extended longevity and minimal deflection throughout UCA assembly

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma owners (4WD or 2WD) who want a complete, geometry-corrected suspension upgrade with 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift, improved off-road damping, and the ability to run 33" tires on recommended ICON Alloys wheel sizes without additional fabrication.

This kit will not fit Tacoma submodels equipped with rear leaf springs, and it is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. On 2WD Tacomas, the included front differential drop kit (part 55160) is not needed; 2WD-specific complete kits are not yet available. Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories will alter the achieved lift range.

Common Questions

Does this kit work on both 4WD and 2WD Tacomas?

The ICON Stage 4 kit is configured for 4WD 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma models. It can be installed on a 2WD Tacoma, but the included front differential drop kit (part 55160) is not needed for 2WD applications; the remaining suspension components retain full system functionality. ICON notes that 2WD-specific complete kits are coming in a future release.

Is this kit compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS)?

No. The ICON Stage 4 Suspension System for the 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles. Buyers should confirm their Tacoma's suspension configuration before ordering.

Will ADAS features need to be recalibrated after installation?

Yes. Installing this suspension system on the 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after the install is complete. This is a required post-installation step and is not included with the kit.

What lift height can I expect, and does it change if I add accessories?

The front coilovers on this Stage 4 system are adjustable from 1.25–3" of lift over stock, and the rear shocks are compatible with 0–1" of rear lift. Both figures are based on a stock-equipped vehicle. Adding accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the achieved lift range.

What wheel and tire sizes does ICON recommend with this system?

ICON recommends ICON Alloys wheels in either 17×8.5 with 5.75" backspace and +25mm offset, or 18×9 with 6.00" backspace and +25mm offset. For tires, 33×11.50" is the recommended size. Larger tires may fit but could require fender trimming and additional modifications.
