The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Billet Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear lift kit engineered specifically for the 2024–2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series, delivering 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock through a matched set of 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO, a front differential drop kit, dual-rate rear coil springs, 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir rear shocks, and a billet adjustable rear track bar.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

More Wheel Travel, Less Damper Fade

ICON's 2.5 Series front coilovers pair remote reservoirs with vehicle-specific valving to increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. Under sustained hard use (repeated high-speed whoops, loaded trail runs), that extra capacity resists the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade and unpredictable handling. The front differential drop kit works alongside the coilover lengths to maximize available suspension travel while keeping CV joints within their safe operating angle, so the added lift doesn't trade away driveline longevity.

Corrected Geometry Through the Full Range of Travel

The included billet aluminum upper control arms replace the OE units with 6061 aircraft-grade, CNC-machined components that restore correct front-end geometry at lifted ride height and add on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. The Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to limit differential movement under load.

A Balanced Rear That Levels the Stance

Dual-rate rear coil springs use a softer rate at ride height for on-road comfort and a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance off-road, providing 2" of rear lift that levels the truck front to rear. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones and 7/8" shafts are valved to balance with the front coilovers. The billet adjustable rear track bar re-centers the rear axle after the lift and uses double adjuster rod end threads for on-vehicle length adjustment without removing or disassembling the bar.

Features

  • 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs: vehicle-specific valving, CAD-plated bodies, 7/8" shafts, 1.25–3" adjustable front lift
  • Billet aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: 6061 CNC-machined, on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment, 90° articulation, U.S. Pat. 10,731,700
  • Front differential drop kit with polyurethane bushings: maximizes front travel, prevents CV bind, limits differential movement under load
  • Dual-rate rear coil springs: 2" rear lift, softer ride-height rate with firmer overload rate
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir rear shocks: integrated bump zones, 7/8" shafts, balanced tune with front coilovers
  • Billet adjustable rear track bar: re-centers rear axle, on-vehicle fine adjustment via double adjuster rod end threads, FK rod end bearings

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2024–2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series owners who want a complete, geometry-corrected lift with matched front and rear damping, whether the primary use is high-speed desert running, loaded overlanding, or daily driving with occasional trail use. Buyers who want on-vehicle ride-height and geometry adjustability without sourcing components separately will find everything in one kit.

This system does not fit any vehicle outside the 2024–2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series. Stated lift ranges apply to a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories or cargo weight will alter the achieved lift range. Tires larger than 33x11.50" may require fender trimming and additional modifications. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require professional recalibration after installation. Common Questions

Does this system fit the 2025 or 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series?

The ICON Stage 6 Billet Suspension System is fitment-confirmed for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series. It is not validated for any other vehicle, including related platforms such as the Lexus GX550 or Toyota 4Runner, which use different component part numbers.

Will OEM wheels and tires still fit after installing this system?

OEM wheels and tires are confirmed to fit with the ICON Stage 6 Billet system installed on the 2024–2026 Land Cruiser 250 Series. For aftermarket fitments, ICON recommends a 17x8.5 wheel with 6.32" backspace and 40mm offset, or an 18x9 wheel with 6.6" backspace and 40mm offset, paired with tires up to 33x11.50".

Does installing this system require ADAS recalibration?

Yes. The ICON Stage 6 Billet Suspension System requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems after installation on the 2024–2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series. This applies to any change in ride height and should be performed by a qualified technician with the appropriate calibration equipment.

Are the shocks and Delta Joint PRO serviceable after installation?

Both the front and rear shocks in this Stage 6 system are fully serviceable. The Delta Joint PRO upper ball joint, included with the billet aluminum upper control arms, is also serviceable and rebuildable, extending the service life of the UCA assembly compared to a non-serviceable OE-style joint.
