The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Tubular Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade for 2024–2026 Lexus GX550 trucks, delivering 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock through a matched set of 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers, dual-rate rear coil springs, tubular upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO ball joint, and a front differential drop kit. This system is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped GX550s or the GX550 Overtrail.

Remote Reservoirs and Dual-Rate Springs Work Together
The 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks both use remote reservoirs, which increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. Under sustained hard use (repeated high-speed whoops, loaded towing on rough roads), that extra capacity resists the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade. The dual-rate rear coil springs pair a softer ride-height rate with a firmer overload rate, so the GX550 rides comfortably on pavement and resists bottoming when the terrain gets rough or the cargo bay is loaded.
Corrected Geometry Through the Full Range of Travel
The tubular upper control arms replace the OE arms with corrected front-end geometry, added caster, and improved component clearance. The Delta Joint PRO is a serviceable, rebuildable ball joint rated for 90 degrees of total articulation that allows full bump and droop travel without bind. The front differential drop kit, combined with ICON-specific coilover lengths, maximizes available front suspension travel and prevents CV bind at lifted ride heights. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to limit differential movement under load.
Adjustable Lift and Wheel Clearance
Height adjustment across the 1.25–3" front lift range lets owners dial in stance and accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations. OEM wheels and tires fit the system. Recommended aftermarket sizing is 17x8.5 with 6.32" backspace or ICON Alloys 18x9 with 6.6" backspace; recommended tire size is 34x11.50" (larger tires may fit but require fender trimming and modifications). The 2" rear lift produces a level stance front to rear at the recommended settings.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2024–2026 Lexus GX550 owners who want a complete, matched front-and-rear suspension upgrade for improved off-road capability and on-road ride quality, with the flexibility to run larger wheels and tires. It is designed for stock-equipped vehicles; owners adding significant accessories should expect the lift range to shift as vehicle weight increases.
This system does not fit GX550 trucks equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or the GX550 Overtrail trim. An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the axle after installation but is not included in this kit. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation.
Common Questions
Does this system fit every 2024–2026 Lexus GX550?
The ICON Stage 5 Tubular system fits 2024–2026 Lexus GX550 trucks that are not equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) and are not the GX550 Overtrail trim. Owners should confirm their vehicle's suspension configuration before ordering.
What lift height will this system produce on my GX550?
The front coilovers are adjustable from 1.25–3" of lift over stock, and the rear springs provide 2" of lift over stock. These figures are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories or cargo weight will alter the actual lift range.
Is an adjustable track bar included?
An adjustable track bar is not included in the ICON Stage 5 Tubular kit. ICON recommends installing one to realign the axle after the suspension lift, though it is not required for the system to function.
Will OEM wheels and tires still fit after installation?
Yes, OEM wheels and tires are confirmed to fit this system. For aftermarket fitment, ICON recommends a 17x8.5 wheel with 6.32" backspace or an ICON Alloys 18x9 with 6.6" backspace, paired with a 34x11.50" tire. Larger tires may fit but can require fender trimming.
Do the shocks require any recalibration or service after installation?
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installing this suspension system. The front and rear shocks are fully serviceable, and the Delta Joint PRO ball joint in the upper control arms is both serviceable and rebuildable.
