The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 (TRD) 3.0 Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear lift kit engineered specifically for the 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia, delivering 3–4.25" of front lift and 4" of rear lift on non-TRD models, or 1–2.25" front and 2" rear on Sequoias equipped with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro, with all shock absorbers featuring 10-setting CDC Valve compression damping adjustment.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

3.0 Series Damping Front and Rear

The Stage 2 system pairs 3.0 Series CDCV remote reservoir front coilovers with 3.0 Series CDCV remote reservoir rear shocks, giving the Sequoia a balanced, tunable damping package at both ends. Compared to 2.5 Series shocks, the 3.0 units carry 50% more piston surface area through the ride zone and 100% more in the Bump Zone (the last 40% of travel, where bottom-out resistance increases exponentially). Greater internal oil volume, more external surface area, and remote reservoirs combine to resist heat buildup and shock fade under sustained hard use. The externally adjustable CDC Valves dial compression damping across 10 settings without tools or disassembly.

Corrected Geometry with Tubular UCAs and Delta Joint PRO

The included tubular front upper control arms restore and improve front-end geometry at lifted ride heights, adding built-in caster correction and increased suspension component clearance. ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. The sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in OE sway bar links through the full range of wheel travel, keeping stock components within their design limits.

Rear End Built for Lift and Articulation

Tubular rear upper and lower links are fabricated from 1-3/4 x .313-wall DOM tubing with a multi-stage black powder coat finish. PTFE-lined FK rod ends improve articulation and reduce deflection; multi-durometer bushings allow maximum angularity without periodic greasing. The dual-rate rear coil springs use a softer ride-height rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and bottoming resistance off-road. The CNC-machined 6061 aluminum billet adjustable track bar re-centers the rear axle after lift; double-adjuster rod end threads allow on-vehicle length adjustment without removing the bar.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia owners, including TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels, who want a fully matched front-and-rear suspension upgrade with adjustable compression damping, corrected geometry at lifted ride heights, and fitment for up to 35" tires. Sequoias with automatic leveling headlights can run this system with the addition of ICON part 55153.

This system is not compatible with Sequoias equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Four-wheel-drive non-TRD models require ICON Diff Drop (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage; this hardware is not included. Sequoias with the TRD aluminum skid plate also require ICON part 55164, sold separately. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Buyers wanting shorter rear ride heights on a TRD-equipped Sequoia should consider kit K53252T instead.

Common Questions

What lift height does this system provide on a TRD Off-Road or TRD Pro Sequoia?

On a 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia equipped with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro, the Stage 2 (TRD) 3.0 system delivers a front lift range of 1–2.25" over stock and 2" of rear lift over stock. Non-TRD Sequoias achieve a front lift range of 3–4.25" and 4" of rear lift. Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle; added accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the lift range.

Is this system compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension or the air suspension option?

The Stage 2 (TRD) 3.0 Suspension System is not compatible with Sequoias equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Sequoias with automatic leveling headlights (a separate feature from the air suspension) can use this system but require ICON part 55153, which is sold separately.

Do 4WD models need any additional parts beyond what is included?

Four-wheel-drive Sequoias without the TRD Off-Road package require either the ICON Differential Drop Kit (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to prevent potential front axle damage; neither is included in this kit. TRD Pro models do not require the differential drop. Sequoias with the factory TRD aluminum skid plate additionally require ICON part 55164, sold separately.

What does the CDC Valve adjustment change, and how is it done?

The CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valves on both the front coilovers and rear shocks restrict oil flow into the remote reservoir, creating 10 distinct levels of compression damping force. The valves are adjusted externally on the valve body with no shock removal or disassembly required. Softer settings improve compliance on rough terrain; firmer settings reduce body motion at speed or when carrying heavier loads.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this system?

Yes. The Stage 2 (TRD) 3.0 Suspension System requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation. This applies to all compatible 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia submodels and should be performed by a qualified technician using the appropriate calibration equipment for the vehicle.
