Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Built Around the OE Coil Bucket

The front coilover drops directly into the factory coil bucket location, so the conversion does not require cutting or welding the frame. ICON engineered coil springs are guaranteed for life against sagging or breakage, and the coilover body carries a corrosion-resistant CAD plating with a 7/8" shaft. Ride height is user-adjustable within the lift range, giving owners the ability to dial in stance without swapping springs.

Radius Arms Engineered for Caster, Strength, and Tire Clearance

The fabricated, fully boxed radius arms provide on-vehicle caster adjustment and are profiled specifically for tire clearance at full steering lock. A 37" tall tire clears the arm without contact. A sealed pivot bushing minimizes road feedback and is designed for long-term quiet operation. The adjustable track bar corrects axle placement geometry after the lift is installed, reducing bump steer and keeping the front end tracking straight under load.

Rear Shocks and Damping Matched to the Front System

The included 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks use one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and a consistent finish. They are compatible with 0-3" of rear lift over stock. FK Rod End bearings are used throughout for extended longevity and minimal deflection. This system does not fit F-350 Cab and Chassis models, 2WD Super Duty trucks, or any Super Duty outside the 2023-2026 model years. Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see a reduced front lift range compared to non-Tremor trucks. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales also require sensor bracket part number 66203, sold separately. A brake line kit (part 61111) is optional but not included.

The ICON Stage 2 Coilover Conversion System K63202R is designed exclusively for 4WD 2023-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty models. It does not fit 2WD variants of the Super Duty.

How much lift will I get if my truck has the Tremor package?

Tremor-equipped trucks see a reduced front lift range. Diesel Tremor trucks will achieve 1.5-2" of front lift over stock; gas Tremor trucks will achieve 2-2.5". Non-Tremor diesel trucks achieve 2.5-3" and non-Tremor gas trucks achieve 3-3.5". Rear lift range is 0-3" over stock for all compatible configurations.

Are the shocks rebuildable, or do they need to be replaced when worn?
