The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System delivers 4.5 inches of front lift and 2 inches of rear lift for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with diesel engines and four-wheel drive, using a complete matched set of springs, internal-reservoir shocks, steering stabilizers, geometry-correction brackets, and leaf spring expansion packs. The system ships as a single kit (SKU K64543L) and fits single rear wheel models only; Cab and Chassis configurations are not compatible.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Dual-Rate Springs Tuned for Diesel Weight
The 4.5-inch front coil springs use a dual-rate design with a softer initial rate for everyday on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that engages progressively under compression. The springs are rated specifically for diesel-equipped trucks, so the added engine weight is accounted for in the tune. The result is a predictable ride whether the truck is lightly loaded or working hard on a job site or washboard road.
Geometry Corrected from the Ground Up
Fabricated radius arm drop brackets restore proper caster and wheel alignment geometry when the OE radius arms are retained at the new lift height. The fabricated track bar drop bracket re-centers the front axle under the frame and eliminates the bump steer that a lifted track bar angle introduces, reducing steering feedback on rough surfaces. The dual opposing steering stabilizer kit, built around two ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks, adds a second layer of damping to manage the additional steering forces that come with larger tires.
2.5 Series Shocks Front and Rear
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal-reservoir shocks are fitted at all four corners with a vehicle-specific tune. The hard-anodized shock bodies resist corrosion, and the 7/8-inch shafts are shared front and rear; the 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers use 5/8-inch shafts and anodized bodies. The 2.5 Aluminum Series front and rear shocks and the 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers are all fully rebuildable and re-tunable, so they can be serviced rather than replaced outright. The leaf spring expansion packs at the rear improve small-bump compliance and reduce axle wrap compared to lift blocks while providing the 2 inches of rear lift.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits owners of 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty trucks with four-wheel drive, a diesel engine, and a single rear wheel configuration who want a complete, geometry-corrected 4.5-inch front lift with matched front and rear shock upgrades for on-road comfort, towing, and off-road use.
This system does not fit two-wheel drive models, gasoline-engine trucks, dual rear wheel (dually) configurations, or F-350/F-450 Cab and Chassis models. Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will achieve 3.5 inches of front lift rather than 4.5 inches. Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps or Onboard Scales require an additional sensor mount kit (sold separately). Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce the accuracy of Onboard Scales if equipped.
Common Questions
Does this system fit gasoline-powered F-250 and F-350 trucks?
No. The ICON Stage 3 4.5-inch suspension system for the 2023–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty uses coil springs rated specifically for diesel engines. Gasoline-powered trucks are not a compatible application for this kit.
Will this kit work on a dually or Cab and Chassis model?
No. This ICON Stage 3 system fits single rear wheel models only. F-350 and F-450 Cab and Chassis configurations are explicitly excluded from the fitment list.
What lift height do Tremor package trucks get?
Trucks equipped with the Ford Tremor package will achieve approximately 3.5 inches of front lift over stock with this system rather than the standard 4.5 inches, due to differences in the Tremor's factory suspension geometry.
Do the shocks need to be replaced if they wear out, or can they be serviced?
The 2.5 Aluminum Series front and rear shocks and the 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers included in this ICON Stage 3 system are all fully rebuildable and re-tunable, so they can be serviced rather than replaced outright.
Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this suspension system?
Yes. Installation of this ICON Stage 3 suspension system requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This is a post-installation requirement regardless of trim level and should be performed by a qualified technician.
