The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 is a complete suspension system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra, delivering 2–3.5" of front lift over stock (varies by sub-model) through eight matched components: 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir front coilovers, tubular front upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, a sway bar drop kit, tubular rear upper and lower links, a billet adjustable rear track bar, triple-rate rear coil springs, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir rear shocks. Front lift range varies by powertrain and trim; see application notes below.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Adjustable Damping, Front and Rear

Every shock absorber in the Stage 11 system carries ICON's CDC Valve, an externally adjustable valve with 10 compression damping settings ranging from soft to firm. Dialing in damping at the trailhead or the driveway takes seconds without tools, so the same truck that runs highway miles comfortably can be stiffened for washboard or rock-crawl without a shop visit. The 2.5" shock body and increased piston area yield up to 40% more front wheel travel over stock, and remote reservoirs on all four corners increase oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area to resist cavitation and damper fade under sustained hard use.

Corrected Geometry and Rear Centering

The tubular front upper control arms restore corrected front-end geometry and add built-in caster. The ICON Delta Joint PRO, a serviceable and rebuildable ball joint replacement, allows full bump and droop travel without bind. The sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in the OE sway bar links across the full suspension travel range. At the rear, the billet 6061 aluminum adjustable track bar re-centers the axle after the lift and can be fine-adjusted on the vehicle without removal or disassembly, using double adjuster rod end threads.

Triple-Rate Rear Springs and Tubular Links

The included triple-rate rear coil springs use a softer droop and ride rate combined with a firmer overload rate, improving bottoming resistance off-road while preserving on-road comfort. On a non-TRD Tundra they net approximately 0.5" of rear lift; on a Tundra with a TRD suspension package or TRD Pro they net 0" of rear lift, maintaining stock ride height. Tubular rear upper and lower links are built from 1-3/4" x .313-wall DOM steel tubing with a multi-stage black powder coat finish, PTFE-lined FK rod ends for articulation and adjustability, and multi-durometer bushings that require no periodic greasing.

Features

  • 2.5 Series CDCV front coilovers: remote reservoir, 10-setting CDC Valve compression damping adjustment, 2.5" shock body
  • Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: corrected geometry, added caster, serviceable and rebuildable ball joint replacement (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700)
  • Triple-rate rear coil springs: softer droop/ride rate, firmer overload rate; +0.5" rear lift on non-TRD models
  • Billet adjustable rear track bar: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum, anodized, on-vehicle fine adjustment without disassembly
  • Tubular rear links: 1-3/4" x .313-wall DOM tubing, PTFE-lined FK rod ends, multi-durometer bushings, powder coat finish
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV rear shocks: remote reservoir, 10-setting CDC Valve, internal Bump Zone adds 20% damping force at full compression

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Stage 11 system suits 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra owners (4WD and 2WD models without Adaptive Variable Suspension or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension) who want a fully matched front-and-rear suspension upgrade with adjustable damping, corrected geometry, and the ability to run up to 35" tires.

This system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. It does not fit any vehicle outside the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra. TRD Pro models achieve only 0–1.5" of front lift with this system. Tundras with automatic leveling headlights require an additional bracket kit (ICON part 55153, sold separately). 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package require an ICON differential drop kit (part 55156, sold separately) or Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage; TRD Pro is exempt from this requirement. Tundras with the TRD aluminum skid plate require an additional spacer kit (ICON part 55164, sold separately). Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required after installation. Tundras with a TRD suspension package or TRD Pro will see 0" of rear lift with the included springs; for taller rear ride height on those models, consider ICON part K53201TS instead.

Common Questions

What front lift height does this system provide?

The Stage 11 system provides 2–3.5" of front lift over stock on most 2022–2026 Tundra sub-models with the i-Force gasoline engine, 2–3" on most i-Force MAX hybrid sub-models, and 0–1.5" on TRD Pro models. All figures are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories that increase vehicle weight will affect the achieved lift height.

Is this system compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension or air suspension?

The ICON Stage 11 system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Buyers with those factory systems should confirm compatibility before purchasing.

What additional parts might be needed beyond what is included?

Tundras with automatic leveling headlights require ICON part 55153 (sold separately). 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package require an ICON differential drop kit (part 55156, sold separately) or Toyota TRD axles to prevent potential front axle damage; TRD Pro models are exempt from this requirement. Tundras with a TRD aluminum skid plate require ICON part 55164 (sold separately). ADAS recalibration is required after installation on all equipped vehicles.

How much rear lift do the included springs provide?

The triple-rate rear coil springs included with the Stage 11 system net approximately 0.5" of rear lift on a Tundra without a TRD suspension package. On a Tundra equipped with a TRD suspension package or TRD Pro, the springs net 0" of rear lift, maintaining stock ride height. For taller rear ride height on TRD-equipped models, ICON offers part K53201TS as an alternative.

Are the shocks rebuildable and adjustable?

All shock absorbers in the Stage 11 system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. Each shock carries an externally adjustable CDC Valve with 10 compression damping settings, adjustable from soft to firm without removing the shock from the vehicle.
