The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System delivers a complete 6-inch lift package for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra, built around 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs and ICON CDXS independent high-speed and low-speed compression damping adjustment. Adjustable front ride height spans 5–6 inches of lift over stock on most i-Force gasoline sub-models; lift range varies by powertrain and trim (see application notes in the Specifications section).

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

CDXS Damping and Wheel Travel

ICON CDXS technology gives every shock absorber independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment, so handling response and suspension aggressiveness can be tuned separately for pavement, washboard, and technical terrain. The front coilover design allows up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components, and achieves a full 6 inches of front lift with only 4 inches of crossmember drop, preserving ground clearance while keeping CV joint angles in check.

Tubular Control Arms and Steering Geometry

Tubular upper control arms use ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), providing 90 degrees of total articulation, improved caster correction, and factory track width retention. One-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, an integrated front skid plate, high-angle greaseable outer tie rods, and sway bar drop brackets work together to nearly eliminate the bump steer found in stock Tundras.

Rear Suspension and Driveline Geometry

ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs deliver progressive spring rates for on-road comfort and off-road stability. Tubular rear upper and lower links improve articulation and allow pinion angle adjustment at lifted ride heights. An on-vehicle adjustable billet rear track bar enables precise rear axle centering. The complete system clears 37-inch x 12.50-inch tires at full articulation; larger tires may fit but can require fender trimming and modifications.

Application notes: Lift heights are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the lift range. Tundra and Sequoia models equipped with Automatic Leveling Headlights or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension also require part #55153. Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension (without part #55153) or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Shocks are fully serviceable.

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Stage 7 system suits 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra owners who want a fully integrated 6-inch lift with advanced four-corner damping adjustability, tubular control arms, and the clearance to run 37-inch tires, particularly those who mix highway driving with demanding off-road use and want independent tuning of high- and low-speed compression.

This system does not fit Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) and is not compatible with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension without the separately required part #55153. OEM wheels and tires do not fit; a minimum 20-inch wheel diameter is required. Lift heights stated are for stock-equipped vehicles only and will vary with added accessory weight.

Common Questions

What front lift height will this system give my 2022–2026 Tundra?

Front lift height for the ICON Stage 7 system depends on the Tundra's powertrain and trim. Most i-Force gasoline sub-models achieve 5–6 inches of front lift over stock. The i-Force MAX hybrid achieves 4.5–5.5 inches, the SR5 with TRD Sport package achieves 6–7 inches, and the TRD Pro achieves 3.25–4.25 inches. All figures are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added accessory weight will reduce the lift range.

Is this system compatible with my Tundra's Adaptive Variable Suspension or air suspension?

The ICON Stage 7 system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Tundras with Automatic Leveling Headlights or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension require the addition of ICON part #55153; the system is not compatible with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension without that part.

What wheel and tire sizes does this system require?

The ICON Stage 7 system requires a minimum 20-inch diameter wheel; OEM wheels and tires are not compatible. ICON recommends a 20x9-inch wheel with 5.625-inch backspace and 16mm offset. The system clears 37x12.50-inch tires at full articulation; larger tires may fit but can require fender trimming and modifications.

What does CDXS mean, and why does it matter?

CDXS stands for ICON's compression damping adjustment technology, which provides independent control of high-speed and low-speed compression damping on every shock in the Stage 7 system. Adjusting these settings separately lets the driver tune handling response and suspension aggressiveness for different terrain without affecting the other damping characteristic.

Does installation require any recalibration or additional steps?

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after the Stage 7 system is installed. Tundras with Automatic Leveling Headlights or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension also require ICON part #55153 as part of the installation. An installation guide is available from ICON Vehicle Dynamics.
