The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Tubular Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade engineered exclusively for the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 Tremor, delivering 2.5–3" of adjustable front lift and a 20% increase in front wheel travel over stock. The system ships as three matched sub-assemblies: 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers in a Tremor-specific length, Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO ball joints, and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Front Coilovers Built for the Tremor's Geometry

The 2.5" coilover shocks are cut to a Tremor-specific length and valved for the F-150 Tremor's weight and suspension geometry, so the tuning matches the platform rather than approximating it. Remote reservoirs extend the shock's thermal capacity, keeping damping consistent during sustained off-road use when a standard shock body would begin to fade. Height adjustability across the 2.5–3" range lets owners dial in ride height to suit tire size and terrain without swapping springs. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies and 7/8" shafts are specified for durability. ICON-engineered coil springs are included and matched to the coilover valving.

Delta Joint PRO Upper Control Arms

The tubular upper control arms use ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO, a rebuildable articulation joint that combines the longevity of a factory-style ball joint with motorsport-level strength. The chromoly ball and shaft are hardened to Rockwell C 55, and the bearing surface is 56% larger than ICON's standard Delta Joint. Graphite-impregnated sintered-metal races provide a metal-to-metal bearing interface machined to close tolerances. The joint articulates through a full 90 degrees, a 14% improvement in range of motion over the original Delta Joint, for bind-free movement through the complete suspension travel. Individual components are removable, inspectable, and replaceable without replacing the entire joint. On the F-150 Tremor, these arms increase caster over stock and help retain the factory alignment specification range at the lifted height.

Rear Shocks Matched to the Front

The 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks use vehicle-specific valving to balance rear damping with the upgraded front end. The 7/8" hardened chromed steel shafts and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components are consistent with the front coilover specification. The included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift over stock.

Features

  • Tremor-specific front coilover length: tuned valving and geometry matched to the F-150 Tremor platform
  • 2.5–3" adjustable front lift: height-adjustable coilovers allow fitment of larger wheel and tire combinations
  • 20% front wheel travel increase: over stock, per ICON specification
  • Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: rebuildable chromoly ball joint hardened to Rockwell C 55, 90-degree articulation, 56% more bearing surface than standard Delta Joint
  • Remote and piggyback reservoirs: front remote reservoirs and rear piggyback reservoirs for extended thermal capacity

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2021–2026 Ford F-150 Tremor owners who want a matched front-and-rear suspension upgrade with 2.5–3" of front lift, increased front wheel travel, and the ability to run larger aftermarket wheels and tires for on-road and off-road use.

This system fits the F-150 Tremor only. It is not compatible with other F-150 configurations. It requires OE steering knuckles and cannot be installed alongside any aftermarket steering knuckles. Not all factory F-150 Tremor wheel and tire combinations are compatible at the lifted height; aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace are recommended. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. California residents: this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (Proposition 65).

Common Questions

Does this system fit every F-150, or only the Tremor?

The ICON Stage 3 Tubular system is engineered and sized exclusively for the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 Tremor. The front coilovers are cut to a Tremor-specific length and valved for that platform; the system is not compatible with other F-150 configurations.

What lift height does this system provide?

The front coilovers are height-adjustable for 2.5–3" of front lift over stock on a standard-equipped vehicle. The included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift over stock.

Can I keep my factory wheels and tires after installing this system?

This Stage 3 system is not compatible with all available factory F-150 Tremor wheel and tire combinations at the lifted height. ICON recommends aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace; specific recommended sizes are 17x8.5" with 5" backspace, 18x9" with 5.25" backspace, or 20x9" with 5.625" backspace. Tires up to 34x12.50" are recommended; larger tires may require fender trimming.

Is the Delta Joint PRO rebuildable, or does the whole joint need replacing if it wears?

The Delta Joint PRO in these upper control arms is fully rebuildable and serviceable. Individual components (the chromoly ball, shaft, and graphite-impregnated sintered-metal races) can be removed, inspected, and replaced independently without purchasing an entirely new joint.

Does installation require cutting, welding, or recalibrating vehicle systems?

The Stage 3 Tubular system is a 100% bolt-on installation with no cutting or welding required. However, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require professional recalibration after installation. The system also requires OE steering knuckles and cannot be combined with aftermarket steering knuckles.
