The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System for 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD trucks delivers 3.5–4.5 inches of adjustable front lift and a 20% increase in front wheel travel over other ICON F-150 kits, using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate the suspension geometry of the F-150 Tremor. The complete bolt-on system includes front coilovers, billet upper control arms, rear shocks, multi-rate leaf springs, and billet lowering shackles. Fitment is 4WD models only; lift range varies for PowerBoost hybrid and Power-Stroke diesel engines.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tremor Geometry Without the Tremor Badge

The high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles at the core of this system replicate the suspension geometry of the factory F-150 Tremor, effectively converting a standard F-150 4WD to Tremor suspension geometry. That geometry, combined with the 2.5" coilovers, produces 20% more front wheel travel than other ICON F-150 suspension kits. The additional travel gives the suspension room to work through rough terrain without binding.

Independent High- and Low-Speed Compression Tuning

Every shock absorber in this system is equipped with ICON's CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) valve. CDXS controls fluid flow under compression with independent adjustability for high-speed and low-speed compression force, using 10 detented settings on each knob. A driver can dial handling response and overall aggressiveness independently, adjusting low-speed control separately from high-speed compliance.

Rear Suspension Rebuilt from the Springs Up

ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs replace the factory rear leaf pack and eliminate the factory rear blocks, reducing axle wrap and allowing three user-selectable spring rate configurations. With the included billet aluminum 1" lowering shackles, rear lift ranges from 1.5" (as shipped, unloaded) to 3.5" over stock, or the spring rate can be tuned upward to compensate for constant rear loads up to 850 lb. The 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS piggyback reservoir rear shocks use vehicle-specific valving and carry the same independent compression adjustment as the front units.

Features

  • Tremor-geometry steering knuckles: CNC-machined ductile iron front knuckles replicate F-150 Tremor suspension geometry
  • Adjustable front lift: 2.5" CDCV remote-reservoir coilovers adjustable for 3.5–4.5" of front lift over stock
  • Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: billet aluminum UCAs with ICON's patented rebuildable Delta Joint PRO, offering 90 degrees of articulation and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment
  • CDXS on all four corners: independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings per knob, front and rear
  • Multi-rate leaf springs: three selectable rear spring rates; eliminates factory rear blocks to reduce axle wrap
  • 100% bolt-on installation: no cutting or welding required

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD owners who want a significant lift, meaningfully more front wheel travel, and the ability to tune compression damping independently for both street and off-road use. The multi-rate rear leaf springs also make it practical for trucks that carry variable rear loads.

This system does not fit F-150 Raptor models, any F-150 equipped with factory electronically controlled suspension, or any F-150 equipped with OnBoard Scales. It is not compatible with all factory wheel and tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset are recommended. Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps require a separate sensor bracket kit (ICON part 611071; if also equipped with OnBoard Scales, part 611081 is additionally required). ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Common Questions

Does this system fit the F-150 Raptor?

The ICON Stage 4 system for the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD does not fit the F-150 Raptor. ICON produces separate suspension systems designed specifically for the Raptor platform.

What front lift height can I expect with a PowerBoost hybrid or Power-Stroke diesel engine?

On a PowerBoost hybrid F-150, the front coilovers in this Stage 4 system provide a lift range of 3.25–4.25" over stock rather than the standard 3.5–4.5". On a Power-Stroke diesel F-150, the front lift range is 3–4" over stock. Both ranges are adjustable within those bounds.

Is cutting or welding required to install this system?

The ICON Stage 4 system for the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD is a 100% bolt-on system. No cutting or welding is required for installation. ADAS recalibration is required after install, and trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps need a separately purchased sensor bracket kit.

What are the three rear spring rate options?

The ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs ship in Option 1 configuration, providing 1.5" of rear lift over stock (unloaded). Option 2 adds 20% spring rate over Option 1, raising rear lift to 2.75" unloaded (1.5" with a 400 lb constant load). Option 3 adds 40% spring rate over Option 1, raising rear lift to 3.5" unloaded (1" with an 850 lb constant load).

Can the Delta Joint PRO be serviced without replacing the entire upper control arm?

The Delta Joint PRO used in the billet aluminum upper control arms of this Stage 4 system is designed to be rebuildable and serviceable. Any component of the joint can be removed, inspected, and replaced individually without purchasing a complete new joint.
