The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Rear Billet Lower Link Kit replaces the factory rear lower link arms on 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models with CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum units, delivering measurable gains in strength, adjustability, and suspension articulation. This kit does not fit the Bronco Raptor.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

On-Vehicle Adjustability Without Removing the Links

ICON's Double Adjuster System allows link arm length and pinion angle to be set while the links remain on the vehicle. Bronco owners dialing in ride height or correcting pinion angle after a lift can make that adjustment without pulling the arms. The geometry set on the vehicle is the geometry that holds, not an approximation made on a stand.

Rod Ends and Bushings That Work With the Suspension, Not Against It

Large FK Bearing JMX16T PTFE-lined rod ends replace the rubber bushings that cause deflection and bind in the stock links. The result is suspension that moves through its full travel as designed, with reduced deflection under load and increased articulation on uneven terrain. Dual-durometer bushings handle noise isolation and maximum angularity without grease fittings or scheduled maintenance intervals.

Built to Take Trail Abuse

Replaceable nylon rock sliders are integrated into the link arms to absorb contact with rocks and obstacles rather than letting the aluminum body take the hit. When a slider wears, it can be replaced without replacing the arm. The 6061 aluminum construction is anodized for corrosion resistance, and every unit completed ICON's ICON1K real-world test cycle before release.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This kit suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners who are lifting their vehicle or correcting rear suspension geometry and want a link arm with on-vehicle adjustability, full-articulation rod ends, and trail-ready construction over the stock rubber-bushed units.

This kit does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor. It is a rear lower link kit only and does not include front links, upper links, or any other suspension components.

Common Questions

Will this kit fit the Ford Bronco Raptor?

No. The ICON Rear Billet Lower Link Kit (SKU 44000) is not compatible with the Ford Bronco Raptor. It fits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models only, excluding the Raptor variant.

Can the link length be adjusted without removing the arms from the vehicle?

Yes. ICON's Double Adjuster System is designed for on-vehicle adjustment, allowing link arm length and pinion angle to be set while the rear lower links remain installed on the Bronco.

Do the bushings require periodic greasing or maintenance?

No. The dual-durometer bushings in this rear lower link kit are maintenance-free. They require no grease fittings or scheduled lubrication and are designed for noise-free operation at maximum angularity.

What happens if the rock sliders get damaged on the trail?

The nylon rock sliders on these ICON rear lower link arms are replaceable. If a slider is damaged by trail contact, it can be swapped out without replacing the aluminum link arm itself.

Does this kit include front lower links or upper links?

No. This is a rear lower link kit only. Front lower links, upper links, and other suspension components are not included and are sold separately.
