The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Billet Suspension System is a complete, bolt-on lift kit for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco four-door models without the Sasquatch Package, delivering 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift alongside up to 11.5" of front and 14" of rear wheel travel when paired with 35×12.50 tires. The system ships as four sub-assemblies: front and rear 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, and billet aluminum rear lower suspension links.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoir Coilovers Built for Sustained Performance

The front and rear 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilovers are custom-valved for the Bronco's specific weight and geometry. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, which resists the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade during repeated high-speed hits over rough terrain. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies and 7/8" diameter shafts are used throughout. Ride height is adjustable on-vehicle, so lift can be dialed within the 3–4" front and 2–3" rear range without removing the shocks.

Billet Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

The billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) replace the factory stamped-steel units and allow on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment, which matters when correcting alignment after a significant lift. Each UCA uses ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), rated for up to 90 degrees of total articulation. Greater articulation range means the front suspension can cycle through its full travel without binding at the joint, preserving both tire contact and steering feel on uneven ground.

Billet Rear Lower Links for Articulation and Pinion Angle

The billet aluminum rear lower suspension links replace the factory links to improve rear-end articulation and add on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment. Dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other balance compliance with durability. The links include replaceable rock skids and allow on-vehicle length adjustment. Rear shocks are oriented shaft-up with triple-rate coil springs engineered to maximize travel and ride quality at near-stock vehicle weight; adding significant rear cargo or accessories will lower realized ride height below the advertised figure.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners without the Sasquatch Package who want a significant lift, maximum suspension travel, and on-vehicle adjustability for overlanding or off-road use. Both two-door and four-door models are supported, though two-door applications will sit taller than four-door at the same coilover setting.

This system does not fit Bronco Raptor models or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. OEM wheels are not compatible. Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part numbers 611075 front, 611074 rear), sold separately. On Non-Sasquatch Broncos, factory crash bars must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; ICON's High Clearance Crash Bar Kit (part 42000) is available separately for those who want to retain crash bar functionality. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, which may require modification. Certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances around the front coilovers. Triple-rate rear coil springs are optimized for near-stock vehicle weight; significant added rear weight will reduce realized ride height below the advertised figure.

Common Questions

Does this system fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or Sasquatch-equipped Broncos?

The ICON Stage 5 Billet Suspension System (K40005) is engineered specifically for 2021–2026 Ford Broncos without the Sasquatch Package. It does not fit the Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. Lift heights and application notes are based on Non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.

Can this system be run with 37" tires?

The Stage 5 Billet system can be safely used with 37" and larger tires, but doing so requires optional up-travel limiters: part number 611075 for the front and 611074 for the rear, both sold separately. On Non-Sasquatch Broncos, crash bar removal may also be required when running 37" tires, though ICON does not recommend removing the crash bars without a replacement.

Are OEM wheels compatible with this suspension system?

OEM wheels are not compatible with the ICON Stage 5 Billet Suspension System. ICON recommends aftermarket wheels in 17×8.5" with 4.75" backspace, 18×9" with 5" backspace, or 20×9" with 5" backspace to clear the coilovers and achieve proper fitment.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this system?

Yes. The ICON Stage 5 Billet Suspension System requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation. This applies to all 2021–2026 Ford Bronco applications and should be performed by a qualified technician following the installation.

What does "fully serviceable" mean for these shocks?

The 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilovers included in the Stage 5 Billet system are fully serviceable, meaning the internals can be rebuilt or revalved rather than requiring full shock replacement when they wear. This extends the usable life of the shocks and allows tuning adjustments over time.
