The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Tubular Suspension System is a complete, 100% bolt-on lift kit for 2019–2026 Ram 1500 trucks (excluding Classic, TRX, RHO, and EcoDiesel) that delivers 2–3" of adjustable front lift and 1.5" of rear lift over stock through a matched set of 2.5" remote reservoir coilovers, 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks, dual-rate rear coil springs, tubular Delta Joint upper control arms, tubular adjustable rear lower links, and an adjustable rear track bar.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
More Front Travel, Better Damping Control
The front 2.5" coilovers are longer than stock, which directly increases front wheel travel (the distance the suspension can compress and rebound before running out of room). Remote reservoirs separate the oil and nitrogen charge from the main shock body, keeping fluid temperatures lower during sustained off-road use and maintaining consistent damping when the terrain demands repeated, rapid inputs. Height adjustability across the 2–3" range means the lift can be dialed to clear a specific tire size or match a rear lift height without swapping springs.
Rear Balance Through Dual-Rate Springs and Matched Shocks
The dual-rate rear coil springs use a softer rate at ride height for daily-driving comfort and a stiffer overload rate that resists bottoming under load or on rough terrain. The 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks are valved specifically for the Ram 1500 to complement the front coilovers, so the truck's damping behavior stays balanced front to rear rather than feeling mismatched. The adjustable rear track bar corrects axle centering at the new ride height and replaces the compliance of stock rubber bushings with a more precise connection.
Tubular Arms and Delta Joint Ball Joints
ICON's tubular upper control arms use the patented Delta Joint, a greaseable, zinc-plated, metal-on-metal high-angle ball joint that allows greater articulation than a conventional ball joint while resisting corrosion and element intrusion better than an open uniball. At the new lift height, the longer UCAs restore factory alignment spec range and increase caster over stock, which matters for straight-line stability and steering return. Tubular rear lower links with PTFE-lined FK rod ends and multi-durometer bushings add articulation and allow length adjustment for different ride heights and driveline angles. All structural components use 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machining where applicable.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2019–2026 Ram 1500 owners (standard model, Rebel included with adjusted lift expectations) who want a complete, matched front-and-rear suspension upgrade for mixed on-road and off-road use, and who need the alignment geometry and wheel travel gains that come with longer-travel coilovers and tubular control arms.
This system does not fit the Ram 1500 Classic (2019–2024), Ram 1500 TRX, Ram 1500 RHO, or any Ram 1500 with factory rear air ride. It is not rated for EcoDiesel-equipped trucks. ADAS recalibration is required after installation and is not included. Rear spring performance may be reduced while towing.
Common Questions
Does this system require any cutting, drilling, or welding?
The ICON Stage 6 Tubular system for the 2019–2026 Ram 1500 is 100% bolt-on. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation.
Will this fit my Ram 1500 Classic or Ram 1500 TRX?
This Stage 6 system does not fit the Ram 1500 Classic (2019–2024 model years), the Ram 1500 TRX, or the Ram 1500 RHO. It is designed for the standard 2019–2026 Ram 1500 platform only.
What lift height does the Rebel trim get with this system?
On 2019–2026 Ram 1500 Rebel trucks, this system provides a front lift range of 1.25–2.25" over stock and 1" of rear lift, rather than the 2–3" front and 1.5" rear achieved on standard Ram 1500 models.
Do I need to recalibrate my truck's safety systems after installing this?
Yes. Installation of this Stage 6 system on a 2019–2026 Ram 1500 requires recalibration of the vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after the suspension work is complete. This recalibration is not included with the kit.
What components are included in the Stage 6 Tubular system?
The Stage 6 Tubular kit for the 2019–2026 Ram 1500 includes 2.5" remote reservoir front coilovers, tubular Delta Joint upper control arms, dual-rate rear coil springs, 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks, tubular adjustable rear lower links, and an adjustable rear track bar. All six assemblies ship together as one kit.
