4-Link Front Suspension Eliminates Factory Bind

The factory Ford Super Duty radius-arm geometry creates suspension bind as the front axle articulates, which limits wheel travel and degrades ride quality on uneven terrain. The ICON 4-Link kit replaces those radius arms with upper and lower link arms and a dedicated frame bracket kit, freeing the front end to move through its full range without bind. Because the lower link arms control caster geometry directly, alignment cams are not required on this system.

CDC Valve Shocks with On-the-Fly Compression Adjustment

Front and rear positions use ICON's 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks fitted with CDC Valve technology, which provides 10 clicks of compression adjustment without tools. Corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum shock bodies with 7/8-inch shafts and FK Rod End bearings give the shocks long service life and minimal deflection under load. All shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable. The dual opposing 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizer kit works alongside the shocks to keep on-road handling predictable.

ICON's engineered dual rate coil springs are rated for diesel-engine Super Duty trucks and carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage or sag.
