The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ultimate Front End Kit Stage 2 is a complete front-end suspension and steering rebuild kit for 2005–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, combining an ICON Dual Steering Stabilizer System, Dynatrac HD BallJoints for Dana 60 and Dynatrac Pro 60 knuckles, and an ICON Alignment Cam Kit into one solution for loose steering, erratic tracking, uneven tire wear, and death-wobble.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Dual Opposing Stabilizers Eliminate Push/Pull Steering Feedback
The ICON Dual Steering Stabilizer System mounts two 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks in opposing positions, so their internal pressures cancel each other out rather than compound. The result is substantially greater steering damping than a single stabilizer of the same size can deliver, and a symmetrical steering feel throughout the full input range. The bracket bolts to the factory differential cover and wraps around the axle with no cutting, welding, or drilling required. Black anodized 6061 billet aluminum tie rod clamps and a CNC laser-cut steel bracket complete the installation with a clean, corrosion-resistant finish.
Rebuildable Dynatrac HD BallJoints Replace a Known Wear Point
Stage 2 includes a full set of front upper and lower Dynatrac HD BallJoints engineered specifically for the Dana 60 and Dynatrac Pro 60 axle housings found in these trucks. Heat-treated high-strength billet bodies, chromoly stems, and precision-ground stainless-steel balls are sealed against contamination and feature greaseable fittings with PTFE-coated wear points for extended service life. These ball joints are also rebuildable while still installed in the axle housing, which extends their usable life beyond that of OEM units that require full replacement when worn by larger tires, high mileage, or hard off-road use.
Alignment Cams Restore Factory Geometry After a Lift
The included ICON Alignment Cam Kit adds 2.3° of caster and 0.5° of camber over stock, dialing front-end geometry back toward factory specification on trucks running 2–3 inches of front lift. Zinc-plated cams resist corrosion, and new cotter pins are included. Proper caster and camber settings allow the steering stabilizers and ball joints to perform as intended, so a lifted Super Duty tracks correctly with all new components working in coordination.
Features
- Dual opposing 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks: cancel internal pressure push/pull for symmetrical steering damping
- No-drill stabilizer bracket: CNC laser-cut steel, bolts to factory differential cover without cutting or welding
- Dynatrac HD BallJoints (upper and lower): heat-treated billet bodies, chromoly stems, stainless-steel ball, PTFE wear points, greaseable, on-vehicle rebuildable
- 6061 billet aluminum tie rod clamps: anodized for corrosion resistance
- Alignment Cam Kit: adds 2.3° caster and 0.5° camber over stock; zinc-plated for corrosion resistance; new cotter pins included
- Optimized for 2–3" front lift: alignment cams are not recommended for stock-height vehicles

Who This Is For and Isn't
This kit suits 2005–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD owners running 2–3 inches of front lift who want to address loose or wandering steering, worn OEM ball joints, or death-wobble with a single, coordinated component set. It is compatible with Dana 60 and Dynatrac Pro 60 front axle knuckles.
This kit does not fit F-350 dually models equipped with the Wide Track front axle, and it will not fit any Super Duty equipped with RCV axle shafts. The alignment cams are not recommended for stock-height vehicles. Trucks from model years 2017–2022 require a minimum 2-inch bump stop spacer (ICON part 64037, sold separately) to run this kit. For 2008–2022 models, ICON also recommends the track bar bracket (ICON part 64039, sold separately) to correct bump steer geometry.
Common Questions
Does this kit require cutting, welding, or drilling for installation?
The ICON Dual Steering Stabilizer System in this Stage 2 kit bolts directly to the factory differential cover and wraps around the axle. No cutting, welding, or drilling is required for the stabilizer bracket. An installation guide is included with the kit.
What is included in the Stage 2 kit?
The Stage 2 Ultimate Front End Kit includes the ICON Dual Steering Stabilizer Kit (65000), two 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizer shocks (36511), the ICON Alignment Cam Kit (62530), and a full set of Dynatrac HD BallJoints for Dana 60 and Dynatrac Pro 60 knuckles (BJK-D60A). New cotter pins are also included.
Do 2017–2022 Super Duty trucks need any additional parts?
Yes. Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks from model years 2017–2022 require a minimum 2-inch bump stop spacer (ICON part 64037) to run this Stage 2 kit. That spacer is sold separately. ICON also recommends adding the track bar bracket (part 64039, sold separately) on 2008–2022 models to correct bump steer geometry.
Are the Dynatrac HD BallJoints rebuildable?
Yes. The Dynatrac HD BallJoints included in this kit are designed to be rebuilt while still installed in the front axle housing, which extends their usable life compared to OEM units that require full replacement. They feature greaseable fittings and PTFE-coated wear points to support long service intervals.
What lift height are the alignment cams designed for?
The ICON Alignment Cam Kit included in this Stage 2 kit is optimized for vehicles running 2–3 inches of front lift. The cams add 2.3° of caster and 0.5° of camber over stock to restore proper front-end geometry. They are not recommended for stock-height Super Duty trucks.
