The ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoir and Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) are a vehicle-specific suspension upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD trucks, delivering 2.75–3.5" of lift height adjustability and electronically tunable compression damping, sold as a pair. PowerBoost hybrid-equipped F-150s achieve a 2.5–3.25" lift range; Power Stroke diesel-equipped models achieve a 2.25–3.0" lift range.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Larger Shock Body, More Consistent Damping
The 2.5" shock body and increased piston area over stock components give the coilover more oil volume to work with, which translates directly into more consistent damping across rough terrain and extended off-road use. The remote reservoir extends that consistency further by keeping operating temperatures lower during heavy use, reducing the fade that stock shocks experience during sustained trail running or washboard driving. FK rod end bearings replace the factory rubber bushings, reducing deflection and extending service life on repeated impacts.
Electronic Compression Tuning from Inside the Cab
The included CDEV is an electronically controlled valve that meters oil flow to regulate compression damping force. It reacts in under 40 milliseconds and is hydraulically tailored to the F-150's specific application, giving it a wider dynamic range than a generic valve. Paired with the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system and the ICON mobile app, the CDEV reads data from an onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope to predict terrain changes and adjust damping automatically, with the option to set preferences manually. Note: the IIC app requires an iOS device; the IIC install kit and compatible CDEV rear shocks are required separately and are not included in this pair.
Bolt-On Installation, No Cutting Required
The coilovers install without cutting or welding. ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms are required for this application and must be purchased separately. After installation, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required. Factory electronically controlled suspension is not compatible with this system.

Who This Is For and Isn't
These coilovers suit 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD owners who want 2.75–3.5" of front lift, improved off-road damping over stock, and the ability to tune compression damping electronically from inside the cab, particularly those running or planning to run aftermarket wheels and larger tires.
These coilovers do not fit the F-150 Tremor or F-150 Raptor, and are not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension. They require ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms (sold separately), an ICON IIC install kit (sold separately), and ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV rear shocks (sold separately) to complete the system. The ICON Intelligent Control app requires an iOS device. Not compatible with all OE wheel and tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset are recommended.
Common Questions
Do these coilovers fit the F-150 Raptor or Tremor?
The ICON V.S. 2.5 Series front coilovers with CDEV (SKU 91825E) do not fit the F-150 Raptor or F-150 Tremor. They are designed for standard 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD models only.
What else is required to complete the installation?
These front coilovers require ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms, an ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) install kit, and ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV rear shocks, all sold separately. ADAS recalibration is also required after installation.
What lift height will I get on a PowerBoost hybrid or Power Stroke diesel F-150?
On PowerBoost hybrid-equipped F-150s, these coilovers provide a lift range of 2.5–3.25" over stock. On Power Stroke diesel-equipped models, the lift range is 2.25–3.0" over stock. Standard gasoline models achieve the full 2.75–3.5" range.
Does the ICON Intelligent Control app work on Android?
The ICON Intelligent Control app, which enables automatic terrain-based CDEV adjustment on these coilovers, requires an iOS-operated device. Android is not supported.
Are these coilovers compatible with the factory electronic suspension?
These ICON V.S. 2.5 Series coilovers are not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension on the F-150. Trucks equipped with that system require a different solution.
