The ICON Stage 9 Coilover Conversion System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks (single rear wheel, non-Cab & Chassis models only), delivering 4–5.5" of front lift on diesel non-Tremor trucks alongside electronically controlled compression damping, fabricated radius arms, and a full rear lift package. Actual front lift range varies by powertrain and Tremor configuration; see the application notes in the Specifications table.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Active Damping That Reads the Road

ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement, then adjusts compression damping at each shock individually in near real time through the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV). The system operates wirelessly via the IIC app and, once configured, runs without driver input. The front coilovers and rear shocks each carry their own CDEV, so the truck responds to changing terrain (pavement, washboard gravel, or rough trail) without the driver switching modes manually. An iOS device is required to configure the IIC app.

Fabricated Radius Arms Eliminate Drop Brackets

The fabricated radius arms are stronger than OE units and include built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment without removing the arms. Maintenance-free bushings reduce service intervals, and the geometry improves tire clearance at full steering lock. Because the arms eliminate the need for drop brackets, ground clearance under the chassis is higher than a bracket-based lift of equivalent height. The track bar drop bracket corrects axle centering and removes bump steer; the adjustable track bar then allows fine track alignment tuning and replaces the deflective OE bushings with a more rigid unit.

Doubled Front Damping and a Complete Rear Package

The 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir front coilovers mount in the OE coil bucket location (coil centering cup removal required) and allow end-user ride height adjustment. The included 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir secondary front shocks mount in the stock secondary location, effectively doubling front damping capacity and heat dissipation. At the rear, leaf spring expansion packs add 2" of lift with improved small-bump compliance and reduced axle wrap compared to lift blocks, while 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback rear shocks provide a vehicle-specific tune. The 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir improves steering damping and ground clearance over dual 2.0 stabilizer setups. The box kit adds fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines.

Features

  • IIC Electronic Control: CDEV at each shock enables near-instant, sensor-driven compression damping adjustment via iOS app
  • 2.5 Series CDEV Front Coilovers: remote reservoir, ride-height adjustable, bolt-in to OE coil bucket location
  • Secondary Front Shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir units double front damping capacity
  • Fabricated Radius Arms: built-in caster cams, maintenance-free bushings, improved tire clearance, no drop brackets required
  • Leaf Spring Expansion Packs: 2" rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap
  • Corrosion-Resistant Shock Bodies: CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts; shocks are fully serviceable

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD owners running single rear wheel configurations who want electronically controlled suspension with 2–6" of lift (range depends on powertrain and Tremor package) for towing, job-site use, washboard gravel, and off-road driving.

This system does not fit F-350 Cab & Chassis models, dual rear wheel configurations, or 2WD Super Duty trucks. Trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (part 66204, sold separately). Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require part 611081, sold separately. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. The IIC app requires an iOS device. Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce OnBoard Scales accuracy, if equipped.

Common Questions

Does this system fit both gas and diesel Super Duty trucks?

The ICON Stage 9 system fits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks in both gas and diesel configurations, but the front lift range differs. Diesel non-Tremor trucks achieve 4–5.5"; diesel Tremor trucks achieve 3–4.5"; gas non-Tremor trucks achieve 4.5–6"; gas Tremor trucks achieve 3.5–5". Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle.

What additional parts are required for trucks with OnBoard Scales or Dynamic Bending Headlamps?

Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require sensor bracket part number 66204, sold separately, in addition to this Stage 9 system. Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require part number 611081, sold separately. Installing the leaf spring expansion packs may also reduce OnBoard Scales accuracy.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this suspension system?

Yes. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required after installing this coilover conversion system on any 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty. This is a vehicle-level requirement and should be performed by a qualified technician following installation.

What does ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) do, and what device does it require?

ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement and adjusts compression damping at each CDEV-equipped shock in near real time. The system is configured through the IIC app and then operates automatically without driver input. An iOS device is required to run the IIC app.

Are the shocks in this system serviceable?

Yes. All shocks included in the ICON Stage 9 system are fully serviceable. The coilover bodies are CAD-plated for corrosion resistance and feature 7/8" shafts.
