ICON Stage 8 Tubular 2021-2026 Ford Bronco Non-Sasquatch 3-4" Lift Suspension System
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 8 Tubular Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 4-door models without the Sasquatch Package, delivering 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock ride height. The system is built around remote reservoir coilover shocks with ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology and pairs them with tubular control arms, tubular rear links, and an adjustable rear track bar (eight components in total) to maximize travel and address the alignment and geometry changes that come with lifting a Bronco. Two-door Bronco models will sit taller than the stated lift range.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Electronic Damping That Reads the Terrain
The front and rear coilovers on the Stage 8 system use ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), which reads chassis G-forces and movement through onboard sensors and makes near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments at each individual shock via the CDEV. A shock that responds to the terrain rather than a fixed damping curve is useful when conditions change between a highway on-ramp and a rocky two-track without stopping to adjust. The IIC app (iOS required) lets you configure the system wirelessly; once set, it operates without driver input. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the damper fade that builds under sustained hard use at speed.
Geometry Correction Built Into the Kit
Lifting a Bronco without correcting caster and rear alignment creates handling and wear problems the Stage 8 kit addresses directly. The tubular upper control arms provide caster correction and use ICON's Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. The tubular rear lower links reduce suspension bind and allow pinion angle adjustment; the tubular rear upper links improve fuel-tank clearance at maximum articulation and further reduce bind. The adjustable rear track bar uses a dual-durometer greaseless bushing and an FK rod end, and can be set on the vehicle to center the rear axle at any lift height within the system's range.
Travel and Tire Fitment
With 35×12.50 tires, the Stage 8 system is designed to provide up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel. Running 37" or larger tires requires the optional up-travel limiters (front: part 611075; rear: part 611074), sold separately. On non-Sasquatch Broncos, the factory crash bars must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; ICON's High Clearance Crash Bar Kit (part 42000) is available separately for those who want to retain crash-bar functionality. Triple-rate rear coil springs are optimized for a near-stock-weight Bronco, and adding significant weight to the rear will reduce achieved ride height below the stated range.
Features
- CDEV remote reservoir coilovers (front and rear): custom-valved with 7/8" diameter shafts and CAD-plated bodies; remote reservoirs resist fade under hard use
- ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): sensor-driven active compression damping adjustment via iOS app; functions autonomously once configured
- Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: caster correction and up to 90° articulation (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700); greaseless design
- Tubular rear upper and lower links: reduce bind, allow pinion angle adjustment, improve fuel-tank clearance at full articulation; FK rod ends and greaseless bushings
- Adjustable rear track bar: on-vehicle rear axle alignment at any lift height; dual-durometer greaseless bushing and FK rod end
- 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components: PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware included

Who This Is For and Isn't
The Stage 8 Tubular system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 4-door owners without the Sasquatch Package who want a complete, electronically controlled suspension upgrade with maximum travel, geometry correction, and the ability to run 35" or larger tires. It is designed for overlanders and off-road drivers who want active damping adjustment without stopping to manually tune shocks.
This system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. It is not validated for 2-door Broncos at the stated lift heights (2-door models will sit taller). Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (sold separately). Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components only, and certain aftermarket steering components may not clear the front coilovers. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications may be required. The IIC app requires an iOS device.
Common Questions
Does this system fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or Sasquatch-equipped Broncos?
The ICON Stage 8 Tubular system is designed exclusively for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models without the Sasquatch Package and does not fit the Bronco Raptor. Lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
What tire sizes can this system accommodate?
The Stage 8 Tubular system is designed for use with 35×12.50 tires, at which size it delivers up to 11.5" of front and 14" of rear suspension travel. Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (front: part 611075; rear: part 611074), sold separately. On non-Sasquatch Broncos, factory crash bars must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires.
Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this system?
Yes. The ICON Stage 8 Tubular Suspension System requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation. This applies to all 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models this system fits.
What does the IIC app require, and does the system work without it?
ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) requires an iOS device to configure the system wirelessly. Once the compression damping settings are configured through the app, the Stage 8 system operates autonomously without driver input. An iOS device is needed for setup and adjustments, not for ongoing operation.
What components are included in the Stage 8 Tubular kit?
The Stage 8 Tubular kit includes eight component sets: front 2.5 VS remote reservoir CDEV coilover kit, tubular upper control arm Delta Joint PRO kit, tubular rear upper link kit, tubular rear lower link kit, rear hose routing kit (1.75" diameter), adjustable rear track bar kit, IIC install kit, and rear 2.5 VS remote reservoir CDEV coilover kit.
