The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 8 Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models equipped with the Sasquatch Package, delivering up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel with 35×12.50 tires, 2–3" of front lift, and 1.25–2.25" of rear lift over stock 4-door Sasquatch ride height. Eight major component assemblies ship together: front and rear remote reservoir CDEV coilovers, tubular upper control arms, tubular rear upper and lower links, an adjustable rear track bar, a hose routing kit, and the IIC install kit.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Active Electronic Damping, On the Fly
Each coilover in this system carries ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV), which adjusts compression damping at each individual shock independently and nearly instantaneously as the terrain changes. The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system reads onboard G-force and chassis-movement sensors and makes those adjustments without driver input once configured. Drivers can also tune settings manually through the IIC app. Because the system works at any speed and in any terrain, there is no need to stop and adjust before a trail section changes character. Note: the IIC app requires an iOS device.
Remote Reservoirs and Heavy-Rate Rear Springs
Front and rear coilovers use remote reservoirs to increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the damper fade that builds under sustained hard use. Shock bodies are corrosion-resistant CAD-plated with 7/8" diameter shafts. The rear coilovers are mounted shaft-up and paired with ICON's progressive dual-rate rear coil springs; the heavy-rate variant included here is optimized for Broncos carrying additional rear weight. These springs will produce a slight positive rake when the Bronco is unloaded.
Tubular Control Arms, Rear Links, and Adjustable Track Bar
The tubular upper control arms provide caster correction and incorporate ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. The tubular rear lower links free up suspension bind and allow pinion angle adjustment, with greaseless bushings and FK rod ends; they also improve clearance from the fuel tank. Tubular rear upper links further reduce bind at full articulation. The adjustable rear track bar adds on-vehicle rear-end alignment capability and uses a dual-durometer greaseless bushing and FK rod end. CNC-machined components throughout use 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum; PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific hardware are included.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners with the Sasquatch Package who want maximum suspension travel, active electronic damping control, and the structural reinforcement of tubular control arms and rear links, particularly those who run 35" tires or load the rear of the Bronco with gear. The heavy-rate rear springs make it especially well matched to builds carrying consistent additional rear weight.
This system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor. It is not designed for 2-door Broncos at the stated lift heights; 2-door models will sit taller than the figures given. Running 37" or larger tires requires up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear), sold separately. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications may be required. Certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances at the front coilovers; fitment testing was conducted with ICON and OE steering components. The IIC app requires an iOS device.
Common Questions
Does this system work with 37" tires?
The ICON Stage 8 system is designed around 35×12.50 tires for the stated travel figures. It can be used safely with 37" and larger tires by adding up-travel limiters (part #611075 for the front, part #611074 for the rear), which are sold separately. Minor trimming may also be required.
Will this fit a 2-door Ford Bronco?
The Stage 8 system is physically compatible with 2-door Bronco models, but the lift heights stated (2–3" front and 1.25–2.25" rear) are based on 4-door Sasquatch-equipped vehicles. A 2-door Bronco will sit taller than those figures. All other application notes apply equally to both body styles.
Is the IIC electronic damping system automatic, or does it require driver input?
Once configured through the IIC app, the ICON Intelligent Control system operates automatically, reading onboard G-force and chassis-movement sensors to make near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments at each shock without driver input. Drivers can also adjust settings manually through the app at any time. The IIC app requires an iOS device to operate.
What is included in the Stage 8 kit?
The Stage 8 system ships with eight assemblies: front 2.5" remote reservoir CDEV coilover kit, tubular upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO, tubular rear upper link kit, tubular rear lower link kit, rear hose routing kit, adjustable rear track bar kit, IIC install kit, and rear 2.5" remote reservoir CDEV coilover kit with heavy-rate springs. Up-travel limiters and optional accessories are sold separately.
Does installation require any recalibration of vehicle systems?
Yes. Installing the ICON Stage 8 system on a 2021–2026 Ford Bronco requires recalibration of the vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation is complete. This applies regardless of trim level or body style. Consult a qualified installer familiar with Ford ADAS recalibration procedures.
