The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 8 Coilover Conversion System lifts 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks (single rear wheel, non-Cab-and-Chassis) using 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir front coilovers, fabricated radius arms, and electronically controlled compression damping managed through the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app. Front lift range is 4–5.5" on diesel models without the Tremor package; lift range varies for Tremor-equipped and gas-powered trucks (see application notes in the Specifications table below).

Active Damping That Reads the Road
ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement, then makes near-instantaneous compression damping changes through the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. The system can be configured wirelessly through the IIC app on an iOS device and, once set, operates without driver input. The suspension responds to a washboard gravel road or a sudden highway lane change without the driver toggling a mode, so the truck handles consistently across all conditions.
Fabricated Radius Arms and Steering Geometry Correction
The fabricated radius arms replace OE units with stronger construction, built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock. Drop brackets are eliminated, which raises ground clearance under the chassis. The track bar drop bracket re-centers the axle under the frame and eliminates bump steer. The adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle track alignment fine-tuning and replaces deflective OE bushings with a more rigid assembly, improving handling on- and off-road.
Front and Rear System in One Kit
The front 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilovers bolt into the OE coil bucket location (coil centering cup removal required) and allow end-user ride height adjustment. Their remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation to resist fade under hard use. The 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer kit uses a piggyback reservoir shock for greater steering damping than dual 2.0 stabilizers, with better ground clearance. At the rear, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir shocks with a vehicle-specific tune pair with heavy-duty fabricated 5" lift blocks and a U-bolt kit sized for heavy towing and off-road stress. The included front box kit adds fabricated sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided brake lines.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits owners of 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks (single rear wheel) who want a significant front and rear lift with active, electronically controlled damping for mixed use: daily driving, towing, job-site duty, and off-road. The IIC active damping system is particularly well matched to trucks that move between pavement, gravel, and trail regularly without the driver wanting to manually adjust damping settings each time.
This system does not fit F-350 Cab and Chassis models, dual rear wheel configurations, or 2WD Super Duty trucks. The factory coil centering cup in the front coil bucket must be removed during installation. Trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (ICON part 66204, sold separately). Running secondary shocks in the stock location requires a reservoir doubler kit (part 611003, sold separately); CDEV-equipped secondary shocks also require part 191207, sold separately. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. The IIC app requires an iOS device.
Common Questions
What is the actual front lift height for my specific Super Duty?
Front lift height for the ICON Stage 8 system depends on engine and Tremor package: diesel trucks without Tremor lift 4–5.5", diesel trucks with Tremor lift 3–4.5", gas trucks without Tremor lift 4.5–6", and gas trucks with Tremor lift 3.5–5". All figures are over stock ride height on a stock-equipped vehicle; lift heights are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel as the reference configuration.
Does this system fit F-350 Cab and Chassis or dual rear wheel models?
The ICON Stage 8 Coilover Conversion System (K63218R) does not fit F-350 Cab and Chassis models and does not fit dual rear wheel Super Duty configurations. It is designed for single rear wheel F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks from model years 2023 through 2026 only.
What does the IIC system do and what device does it require?
ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) reads onboard sensors monitoring G-forces and chassis movement, then adjusts compression damping at each CDEV-equipped shock in near real time. The system is configured through the IIC app, which requires an iOS device. Once configured, the system makes active adjustments without driver input during normal driving.
Can secondary shocks be added in the stock front location?
The Stage 8 front coilovers are designed to accept secondary shocks in the OE location, which effectively doubles front shock damping. Adding secondary shocks requires a reservoir doubler kit (ICON part 611003, sold separately); CDEV-equipped secondary shocks also require part 191207, sold separately. Contact ICON for compatible secondary shock options.
What additional steps or parts are required after installation?
After installing the ICON Stage 8 system, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required. Trucks equipped with Ford's OnBoard Scales system also require ICON sensor bracket part 66204 (sold separately). The factory coil centering cup in the front coil bucket must be removed during installation. Wiring harness clearance in the upper front passenger wheel well must be verified to prevent chafing against the coilover reservoir.
