ICON Stage 7 Suspension System 1.25-3" Lift for 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma Billet Overland
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System is a six-component front-and-rear upgrade for 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma trucks, delivering 1.25-3" of adjustable front lift and approximately 0.5" of rear lift (with roughly 600 lbs of added weight in the rear). The system is configured for 4WD models; a separate note covers 2WD installation. It is not compatible with Tacoma submodels equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or rear leaf springs.

Remote Reservoirs and Damping Capacity
The front 2.5 Series coilovers and rear 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks both use remote reservoirs, which increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. That added capacity resists the fluid overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade under sustained hard use (repeated high-speed whoops, loaded trail runs, or long washboard sections). The result is consistent damping feel late in a run, not just at the start. Both front and rear shocks feature 7/8" shafts and are fully serviceable.
Corrected Geometry Through the Full Travel Range
The billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) restore corrected front-end geometry after the lift, with on-vehicle camber and caster adjustability so alignment can be dialed in without pulling the arms. The UCAs use the ICON Delta Joint PRO, a serviceable and rebuildable replacement for the OE ball joint, which allows full bump and droop travel without bind. The front differential drop brackets, combined with ICON-specific coilover lengths, maximize available front suspension travel and protect CV joint operating angles on 4WD models.
Rear End Built for Loaded Overlanding
The Overland rear dual-rate coil springs use a softer primary rate for on-road comfort and a firmer overload rate that engages under load, resisting bottoming when the truck is carrying gear, a bed rack, or a camper setup. The billet rear lower links allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment via the ICON double adjuster and use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other. That combination allows free articulation while damping road noise and vibration into the cab.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma owners, particularly those on 4WD models, who want a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade with adjustable lift, corrected geometry, and damping performance suited to loaded overlanding and off-road use. It accommodates OEM wheels and tires and fits common 33" aftermarket tire setups without modification.
This system does not fit 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma submodels equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or rear leaf springs. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the axle after installation (sold separately). The advertised rear lift height assumes approximately 600 lbs of added weight in the rear; actual lift will vary with vehicle load.
Common Questions
Does this system fit both 4WD and 2WD Tacoma models?
The ICON Stage 7 system is configured for 4WD 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma models and includes the front differential drop kit (part 55160) required for 4WD fitment. It can be installed on a 2WD Tacoma, but the differential drop kit is not needed for 2WD; the remaining components retain full system functionality. ICON notes that 2WD-specific kits are planned separately.
Is this system compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension?
The ICON Stage 7 system for 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma is not compatible with Tacoma submodels equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Buyers should confirm their trim level does not include AVS before purchasing.
What rear lift height should I expect?
The Overland rear coil springs in this Stage 7 system are designed to deliver approximately 0.5" of rear lift over stock when the vehicle carries roughly 600 lbs of additional weight in the rear. Actual lift height will increase or decrease depending on how the truck is loaded with accessories and gear.
Do the shocks require any special tools or maintenance?
The front 2.5 Series coilovers and rear 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks in this Stage 7 system are fully serviceable. ICON offers optional spanner wrenches for coilover preload adjustment (sold separately). A needle grease gun adapter is available for greasing the Delta Joint PRO on the billet UCAs.
Will a California Proposition 65 warning apply to this product?
Yes. This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm. This warning applies to the ICON Stage 7 Suspension System as sold.
