The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Coilover Conversion System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2023–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, delivering 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilovers, fabricated radius arms, an adjustable track bar, a Centerline steering stabilizer, and paired front secondary and rear piggyback shocks in a single bolt-in package. Actual front lift height ranges from 1.5–3.5 inches depending on powertrain and Tremor package configuration.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Active Damping That Reads the Road

Every shock in this system uses ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology. The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system monitors G-forces and chassis movement through onboard sensors and makes near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments at each individual shock without driver input. For drivers who want manual control, the IIC app (iOS required) lets you configure damping settings wirelessly. Once configured, the system operates without driver input across highway, job site, and trail conditions.

Radius Arms Built Around Tire Clearance and Caster

The included ICON Ford Super Duty Radius Arm System uses a fabricated, fully boxed design with sealed pivot bushings to reduce road noise and extend service life. The arm profile is optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock, accommodating a 37-inch tall tire without contact. On-vehicle caster adjustment is built in, so alignment can be dialed without pulling the arms. The 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV front secondary shocks multiply front damping capacity alongside the primary coilovers.

Geometry Correction Included

A track bar drop bracket and on-vehicle adjustable front track bar are part of the system, correcting track bar angle and bump steer geometry that result from lifting a Super Duty. The ICON 2.5 Centerline Steering Stabilizer with piggyback reservoir adds steering damping. ICON engineered coil springs carry a lifetime guarantee against sagging or breakage, and FK Rod End bearings are used throughout for longevity and minimal deflection. All shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable.

Features

  • CDEV at every corner: Compression Damping Electronic Valve technology in front coilovers, front secondary shocks, and rear piggyback shocks
  • IIC active control: ICON Intelligent Control reads terrain and adjusts damping automatically; iOS app enables wireless manual configuration
  • Fabricated radius arms: Fully boxed design with sealed pivot bushings; optimized profile clears 37-inch tires at full steering lock
  • Ride height adjustable coilovers: Bolt-in fit to OE coil bucket location; adjustable for 2.5–3 inches of lift on stock-equipped vehicles
  • Geometry correction: Adjustable front track bar and drop bracket correct bump steer and axle placement after lift
  • Lifetime spring guarantee: ICON engineered coil springs guaranteed against sagging or breakage

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks in 4WD configuration that need a complete, electronically controlled front-and-rear suspension lift with active damping, geometry correction, and radius arm replacement in a single purchase. It is compatible with OEM wheels and tires and supports 35-inch tires without modification.

This system does not fit F-350 Cab and Chassis models or 2WD Super Duty trucks. Tremor-package trucks achieve reduced front lift heights compared to non-Tremor configurations. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require a separate sensor bracket (part number 66203, sold separately). The IIC app requires an iOS device; Android is not supported. Running 37-inch tires may require fender trimming and modifications.

Common Questions

Does this system fit both the F-250 and F-350, and are there any body-style exclusions?

The ICON Stage 7 system fits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks in 4WD configuration. It does not fit F-350 Cab and Chassis models, and it does not fit 2WD variants of either truck.

How much lift will I get, and does it depend on my engine or package?

Front lift height from this coilover conversion system varies by powertrain and package. Diesel trucks without the Tremor package gain 2.5–3 inches; diesel Tremor trucks gain 1.5–2 inches. Gas trucks without Tremor gain 3–3.5 inches; gas Tremor trucks gain 2–2.5 inches. All figures are over a stock-equipped vehicle.

What is ICON Intelligent Control and what device does it require?

ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an active damping system that uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement, then adjusts compression damping at each shock in near real time without driver input. Manual configuration is available through the IIC app, which requires an iOS device. Android is not supported.

Are there any post-installation requirements I need to plan for?

After installing this Stage 7 system, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) must be recalibrated by a qualified shop. Trucks equipped with Ford's OnBoard Scales also require a separate sensor bracket (ICON part number 66203, sold separately). The factory coil centering cup in the coil bucket must be removed during installation.

What tire sizes are compatible, and will 37-inch tires clear without modification?

This Stage 7 coilover system is designed to accommodate 35 x 12.50-inch tires without modification. The fabricated radius arms are profiled to clear a 37-inch tall tire at full steering lock, but running 37-inch tires may still require fender trimming and other modifications to the vehicle.
