The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 CDXS Tubular Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift kit for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco four-door models without the Sasquatch Package, delivering 3-4 inches of front lift and 2-3 inches of rear lift over stock ride height. The system pairs custom-valved 2.5-inch remote reservoir coilovers front and rear with tubular upper control arms, a full tubular rear link kit, and an adjustable rear track bar, targeting up to 11.5 inches of front travel and 14 inches of rear travel with 35x12.50-inch tires.

Remote Reservoir Coilovers With CDXS Adjustment
The front and rear coilovers use remote reservoirs to increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the cavitation and damper fade that can develop under sustained hard use at speed. Each coilover body is corrosion-resistant CAD-plated and built around a 7/8-inch diameter shaft. ICON's Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) system adds independent adjustability of high-speed and low-speed compression force: each knob offers 10 detented positions, letting the driver tune separately for handling response and overall suspension aggressiveness without removing the shocks.
Tubular Control Arms and Rear Geometry Correction
The tubular upper control arms (UCAs) provide caster correction for improved drivability at lifted ride heights and are built around ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. The rear link kit includes tubular upper and lower links plus ICON's adjustable rear track bar. The upper links are designed for fuel-tank clearance at maximum articulation and use greaseless bushings and FK rod ends. The adjustable track bar uses a dual-durometer greaseless bushing and an FK rod end, and can be adjusted on the vehicle to realign the rear axle at any lift height.
Triple-Rate Rear Coil Springs and Shaft-Up Rear Orientation
The rear shocks are mounted shaft-up and paired with ICON-engineered triple-rate coil springs, a design intended to maximize rear suspension travel and ride quality. The softer initial spring rates are optimized for a near-stock-weight Bronco; adding significant weight to the rear of the vehicle will reduce realized ride height below the advertised figures. All components are 100% bolt-on, with no drilling, cutting, or welding required for installation.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2021-2026 Ford Bronco four-door owners without the Sasquatch Package who want a 3-4-inch front lift, maximum suspension travel, and the ability to independently tune compression damping for both street and off-road use. It supports 35x12.50-inch tires in standard configuration and can accommodate 37-inch and larger tires with optional up-travel limiters (sold separately). OEM wheels and tires are compatible. ADAS recalibration is required after installation.
This system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. Two-door Bronco models will sit taller than the stated lift figures. Running 35-inch or larger tires requires removal of the factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos; ICON's High Clearance Crash Bar Kit is available separately. Running 37-inch tires requires up-travel limiters (part numbers 611075 front, 611074 rear), sold separately. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications may be required. Certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to the front coilovers.
Common Questions
What is included in the Stage 7 CDXS Tubular kit?
The Stage 7 CDXS Tubular kit includes a front 2.5-inch VS remote reservoir CDXS coilover kit, a tubular upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO, a tubular rear upper link kit, a tubular rear lower link kit, a rear hose route kit, an adjustable rear track bar kit, and a rear 2.5-inch VS remote reservoir CDXS coilover kit. All hardware is application-specific and bolt-on; no drilling, cutting, or welding is required.
How much front and rear suspension travel does this system provide?
The Stage 7 CDXS Tubular system is designed to provide up to 11.5 inches of front suspension travel and up to 14 inches of rear suspension travel when the Bronco is fitted with 35x12.50-inch tires. Travel figures are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles at near-stock weight.
Can this system be used with 37-inch tires?
The Stage 7 CDXS Tubular system may be used with 37-inch and larger tires, provided optional up-travel limiters are installed: part number 611075 for the front and 611074 for the rear, both sold separately. Running 37-inch tires may also require removal of the factory crash bars, which is not recommended without a replacement; ICON's High Clearance Crash Bar Kit is available as a separate purchase.
Does installation require any cutting or welding?
The Stage 7 CDXS Tubular system is a 100% bolt-on kit. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is required after the system is installed, as the change in ride height affects sensor alignment.
What does CDXS compression adjustment do, and how is it set?
The CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) system on this kit controls fluid flow under compression through two independently adjustable knobs: one for high-speed compression and one for low-speed compression. Each knob has 10 detented positions, allowing the driver to tune separately for handling response and overall suspension aggressiveness. Adjustments can be made on the vehicle without removing the shocks.
