The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System is a complete, bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco four-door models without the Sasquatch Package, delivering 3-4" of front lift and 2-3" of rear lift alongside up to 11.5" of front and 14" of rear wheel travel when fitted with 35x12.50 tires. The system ships as six matched assemblies: front and rear 2.5 Series remote reservoir CDXS coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, billet rear upper and lower link kits, and an adjustable rear track bar.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoir Coilovers with CDXS Compression Tuning

The front and rear coilovers use custom-valved remote reservoirs that increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the cavitation and damper fade that builds under sustained hard use at speed. Rear shocks are oriented shaft-up with triple-rate coil springs to maximize travel and ride quality. ICON's Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) system gives independent control of high-speed and low-speed compression force through 10 detented positions on each knob, so handling response and overall aggressiveness can be dialed separately without removing the shock.

Billet Control Arms and Rear Link Kit

6061 aircraft-grade billet aluminum upper control arms provide on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability and carry ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), rated for up to 90 degrees of total articulation. The billet rear lower links allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment; the billet rear upper links are clearanced for the fuel tank at maximum articulation and use greaseless bushings with FK rod ends. The tubular adjustable rear track bar adds a dual-durometer greaseless bushing and FK rod end for on-vehicle rear-axle alignment at any lift height.

Bolt-On Installation, No Cutting or Welding

Every component in Stage 7 installs using existing mounting points, with no drilling, cutting, or welding required. Coilover shock bodies are CAD-plated for corrosion resistance and use 7/8" diameter shafts with PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific hardware. ADAS recalibration is required after installation.

Features

  • CDXS dual-speed compression: 10-position independent hi/lo adjustment for handling response and aggressiveness
  • Remote reservoir coilovers: increased oil volume and heat dissipation for sustained performance under hard use
  • Delta Joint PRO UCAs: patented billet aluminum arms with 90-degree articulation and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment
  • Triple-rate rear coil springs: shaft-up rear shock orientation for maximum rear travel and ride quality
  • Adjustable rear track bar: on-vehicle rear-axle alignment for any lift height within the stated range

Who This Is For and Isn't

Stage 7 suits 2021-2026 Ford Bronco four-door owners without the Sasquatch Package who want maximum wheel travel, independent compression damping control, and a complete front-and-rear lift solution in one kit. Two-door Broncos are compatible but will sit taller than the stated lift heights. The system supports 35x12.50 tires natively and can accommodate 37" and larger tires with optional up-travel limiters (sold separately); high-clearance crash bars (sold separately) are recommended when running 35" or larger tires on non-Sasquatch Broncos.

Stage 7 does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Sasquatch-equipped Bronco. OEM wheels and tires are not compatible with this lift. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications to those accessories may be required. Certain aftermarket steering components may not clear the front coilovers. ADAS recalibration is required after installation and is not included. Triple-rate rear coil springs are optimized for near-stock vehicle weight; adding significant rear load will reduce ride height below the advertised range.

Common Questions

Does Stage 7 fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or Sasquatch-equipped Broncos?

The ICON Stage 7 system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. Fitment is confirmed for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco non-Sasquatch models only; lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch vehicles.

What tire sizes work with this system?

Stage 7 is designed for 35x12.50 tires, which yield up to 11.5" of front and 14" of rear wheel travel. Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear), sold separately. Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed or replaced with the optional ICON High Clearance Crash Bar kit when running 35" or larger tires.

What does CDXS compression adjustment do?

CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) controls fluid flow under compression using two independently adjustable knobs: one for high-speed compression and one for low-speed compression. Each knob has 10 detented positions, letting the driver tune handling response and overall suspension aggressiveness separately without removing the shock from the vehicle.

Is any cutting, welding, or drilling required to install Stage 7?

Stage 7 is a 100% bolt-on system that uses existing vehicle mounting points; no drilling, cutting, or welding is required. However, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is required after installation, and that service is not included with the kit.

Will Stage 7 fit a two-door Bronco?

Stage 7 is compatible with two-door Bronco models, but two-door Broncos will sit taller than the stated 3-4" front and 2-3" rear lift heights. The advertised lift figures are based on four-door non-Sasquatch Broncos at near-stock weight.
