The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System is a complete, bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco four-door models without the Sasquatch Package, delivering 3-4" of front lift and 2-3" of rear lift alongside up to 11.5" of front and 14" of rear suspension travel when running 35x12.50 tires. The system ships as six matched components: front and rear 2.5 Series remote reservoir CDCV coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, billet rear upper and lower link kits, and an adjustable rear track bar.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoir Coilovers with CDC Valve Tuning

The front and rear coilovers use 2.5 Series remote reservoir bodies with 7/8" diameter shafts and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated housings. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting cavitation and damper fade during sustained hard use at speed. Each coilover is equipped with a CDC Valve that controls fluid flow under compression across 10 discrete settings, from soft street compliance to firm off-road damping, adjustable without removing the shock from the vehicle. Rear shocks are oriented shaft-up and paired with triple-rate coil springs engineered to maximize rear travel and ride quality for a near-stock-weight Bronco; adding significant weight to the rear of the vehicle will reduce realized ride height below the advertised figures.

Billet Geometry Correction and Rear Alignment

Billet aluminum upper control arms replace the factory front UCAs and restore proper caster and camber geometry at lift height. Each UCA incorporates the Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which provides up to 90 degrees of total articulation and eliminates the binding that limits factory ball joints at increased suspension travel. The billet rear lower links allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment; the billet rear upper links are designed to clear the fuel tank at maximum articulation and feature greaseless bushings and FK rod ends. The tubular adjustable rear track bar uses a dual-durometer greaseless bushing and an FK rod end, and centers the rear axle at any lift height without removing the vehicle from the ground for adjustment.

Bolt-On Installation, No Cutting or Welding

Every component in the Stage 7 kit is designed to install using existing mounting points, with no drilling, cutting, or welding required. PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific hardware are included. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require professional recalibration after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications to those accessories may be required.

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Stage 7 kit suits 2021-2026 Ford Bronco four-door owners without the Sasquatch Package who want a complete, high-travel lift system with tunable compression damping, corrected front geometry, and rear alignment capability for overlanding, rock crawling, or high-speed desert running on 35" or 37" tires.

This system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. Two-door Bronco models will sit taller than the advertised lift figures. OEM wheels and tires are not compatible. Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part numbers 611075 front, 611074 rear), sold separately. Non-Sasquatch Broncos running 35" or larger tires must remove the factory crash bars; ICON's High Clearance Crash Bar Kit (part number 42000) is available separately for those who want to retain crash bar functionality. ADAS recalibration by a qualified technician is required after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may conflict with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts.

Common Questions

Does this kit fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or Sasquatch-equipped Broncos?

The ICON Stage 7 Suspension System (K40007) does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. Lift heights and application notes are based specifically on Non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.

What tire sizes work with this system?

The Stage 7 system is designed and travel-rated for 35x12.50 tires. Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part number 611075 for the front, 611074 for the rear), sold separately. Factory crash bars on Non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires.

How does the CDC Valve adjust compression damping?

Each coilover in the Stage 7 kit includes a CDC Valve that provides 10 settings of compression damping adjustment, ranging from soft to firm. Adjustments are made on the vehicle without removing the shock, allowing the driver to tune the Stage 7 system for street driving, rock crawling, or high-speed off-road use.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this suspension system?

Yes. The ICON Stage 7 Suspension System changes vehicle ride height and suspension geometry, which requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) by a qualified technician after installation. This applies to all 2021-2026 Ford Bronco models fitted with this kit.

Will the rear reservoir brackets clear aftermarket rock sliders or steps?

Rear reservoir brackets on the Stage 7 system may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts. Modifications to those accessories may be required. Fitment testing was conducted with ICON and OEM steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may also have clearance limitations near the front coilovers.
