The ICON Stage 6 Suspension System is a complete, bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2020–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks, delivering 2.5 inches of front lift on diesel-powered Crew Cab models through ICON-engineered progressive dual rate coil springs paired with 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir front shocks and CDCV piggyback reservoir rear shocks. The system is available in one configuration and fits single rear wheel models only.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tunable Damping Without Leaving the Cab

Both the front and rear shocks in this Stage 6 system carry ICON's CDC Valve technology, giving the driver 10 externally accessible compression damping settings that span soft to hard. A single truck can run a compliant highway tune on the commute and switch to a firmer, more controlled setting on a loaded construction haul or a washboard forest road, with no tools and no disassembly. The adjustment is made at the shock body, so there is no guesswork about which setting is active.

Radius Arms Built for Caster and Clearance

The fabricated, fully boxed ICON radius arms included in this system allow on-vehicle caster adjustment, eliminating the need for caster bushings or drop brackets after the lift is installed. A sealed pivot bushing reduces road noise and extends service life. The arm profile is optimized so that a 37-inch tall tire clears the radius arm at full steering lock; tires up to 35x12.50 inches fit with OEM fenders, while 37x12.50 tires may require fender trimming.

Remote Reservoir Shocks for Sustained Performance

The 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front shocks and piggyback reservoir rear shocks increase fluid volume and surface area, extending the duration of consistent damping during repeated high-load cycles and keeping operating temperatures lower during heavy towing or off-road use. The shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable, protecting the long-term value of the investment. No drive shaft modifications are required for installation.

Features

  • Dual rate coil springs: ICON-engineered progressive rate springs sized specifically for 2020–2022 Super Duty diesel geometry to achieve the correct 2.5-inch front lift height
  • 10-position CDC Valve adjustment: External compression damping control on all four shocks, adjustable from soft to hard without tools or disassembly
  • Fabricated radius arms: Fully boxed design with on-vehicle caster adjustment, sealed pivot bushing, and a profile that clears a 37-inch tire at full steering lock
  • Dual steering stabilizer kit: Paired ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizers in a dual-opposing configuration for smooth wheel control
  • Rear leaf spring expansion packs: Included blocks and U-bolts for more compliant rear ride quality and reduced axle wrap

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits owners of 2020–2022 Ford F-250 or F-350 4WD trucks with diesel engines and single rear wheels who want a 2.5-inch front lift, externally tunable damping, and improved off-road and towing performance without cutting, drilling, or welding.

This system does not fit F-350 Cab and Chassis models, dual rear wheel configurations, or gasoline-powered Super Duty trucks. Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see 1.5 inches of front lift rather than 2.5 inches. The brake line kit (part 61111) and the track bar bump steer bracket (part 64039) are sold separately and are not included in this system.

Common Questions

Does this system require any cutting, drilling, or welding?

The ICON Stage 6 system for 2020–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 is a 100% bolt-on installation. No cutting, drilling, welding, or drive shaft modifications are required to complete the install.

Will this system work on a gasoline-powered F-250 or F-350?

No. The dual rate coil springs in this Stage 6 system are rated for diesel engines only. Owners of gasoline-powered 2020–2022 Super Duty trucks should not use this system.

How does the CDC Valve adjustment work, and how many settings does it have?

The CDC Valve on each shock in this Stage 6 system is adjusted externally at the shock body, with no disassembly required. Ten settings span soft to hard compression damping, allowing the driver to tune ride character for highway, towing, or off-road use.

What rear lift height does this system produce on an F-350?

On an F-350, the rear leaf spring expansion packs and blocks in this Stage 6 system replace the OEM rear blocks and result in a rear ride height that is 0.5 inch lower than stock. On an F-250, the same components produce 0.5 inch of rear lift over stock.

Is the brake line kit included?

The brake line kit (ICON part 61111) is not included in this Stage 6 system. It is an optional upgrade for owners who prefer not to bend the factory steel lines or want a braided stainless replacement; the system can be fully installed without it.
