The ICON Stage 6 Coilover Conversion System fits 2005–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks and delivers 2.5–3 inches of front lift through a bolt-in 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilover that replaces the factory coil bucket setup. The system ships as a complete eight-component kit covering front coilovers, a rear shock pair, a radius arm system, an adjustable track bar, a dual stabilizer kit, a secondary front shock pair, and a doubler mount.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Ride Height You Can Dial In

The 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers are ride-height adjustable across the 2.5–3 inch lift range, so alignment and stance can be tuned after installation without swapping springs. Eibach coil springs carry a lifetime guarantee against sagging or breakage, and vehicle-specific shock valving is set for the weight and geometry of the F-250/F-350 platform rather than a generic calibration. The coilover design also allows for the addition of a secondary shock, which the Stage 6 kit includes as the 67800CP front pair.

Radius Arms That Handle 37-Inch Tires

The ICON Ford Super Duty Radius Arm System uses a fabricated, fully boxed design with a sealed pivot bushing that reduces road noise and resists wear over time. On-vehicle caster adjustment is built in, eliminating the need for separate caster bushings or drop brackets. The arm profile is optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock, allowing a 37-inch tall tire to clear without contacting the arm.

Fully Rebuildable Construction

Every shock in the kit uses FK Rod End bearings for minimal deflection and long service life. The front coilover body is CAD-plated for corrosion resistance; rear and secondary front shock bodies are anodized aluminum. All shocks are fully rebuildable and re-valveable, so the system can be serviced or retuned rather than replaced as mileage accumulates.

Features

  • Bolt-in front coilover: fits OEM coil bucket location on 2005–2016 F-250/F-350 4WD

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2005–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD owners running diesel engines who want 2.5–3 inches of adjustable front lift, improved off-road damping, and the ability to run up to 37-inch tires without radius arm contact at full steering lock.

The Eibach coil springs in this kit are rated for diesel engines only and are not appropriate for gas-engine F-250/F-350 trucks. Wide Steer-equipped trucks require two additional stabilizers (ICON part 66515, sold separately). F-250 owners will need a 4-inch rear block kit and matching U-bolt kit (sold separately, ICON part 194275 plus 37003 for 2005–2010 or 67003 for 2011–2016) to bring the rear level with the lifted front. Installation requires removal of the OEM coil centering cup from the factory coil bucket. OEM wheels and tires are compatible; recommended aftermarket fitment is 17×8.5-inch with 5.00-inch backspace, 18×9-inch with 5.25-inch backspace, or 20×9-inch with 5.25-inch backspace. Tires larger than 35×12.50 inches may require fender trimming and additional modifications.

Common Questions

Does this kit work on gas-engine F-250 and F-350 trucks?

No. The Eibach coil springs included in the ICON Stage 6 Coilover Conversion System (K63106) are rated for diesel engines only. Gas-engine 2005–2016 F-250 and F-350 trucks require a different spring specification and are not compatible with this kit as configured.

What rear lift does this system provide, and is any additional hardware needed?

The rear 2.5 Series shocks in this kit support 0–3 inches of rear lift. However, F-250 trucks require a separate 4-inch rear block kit (ICON 194275) and a 15-inch U-bolt kit (ICON 37003 for 2005–2010, ICON 67003 for 2011–2016) to sit level with the 2.5-inch lifted front. These rear leveling components are sold separately.

Is any factory hardware removed during installation?

Yes. Installing the ICON Stage 6 Coilover Conversion System requires removal of the OEM coil centering cup from the factory coil bucket before the front coilover can be seated. Standard non-Wide Steer trucks require no other factory structural modifications.

What do Wide Steer-equipped trucks need that standard trucks do not?

Wide Steer-equipped 2005–2016 F-250 and F-350 trucks require two additional steering stabilizers, ICON part number 66515, which are not included in the Stage 6 kit and must be purchased separately. Standard-steering trucks use the dual opposing 2.0 VS IR stabilizers already included in the kit.

Are the shocks rebuildable, and can the valving be changed later?

All shocks in the ICON Stage 6 Coilover Conversion System are fully rebuildable and re-valveable. This means the damping characteristics can be adjusted or restored through a service process rather than requiring full shock replacement, extending the usable life of the system as driving conditions or vehicle weight changes.
