Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 CDCV Tubular Suspension System is a complete, bolt-on lift kit engineered for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco four-door models without the Sasquatch Package, delivering 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift alongside up to 11.5" of front and 14" of rear wheel travel when paired with 35x12.50 tires. The system ships as five matched components: front and rear 2.5 Series remote reservoir CDCV coilovers, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, tubular rear lower links, and a rear-link hose routing kit.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Remote Reservoir Coilovers With CDCV
The front and rear coilovers use 2.5 Series remote reservoirs, which increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area compared to a standard body shock. Under sustained hard use (repeated high-speed whoops, long rocky descents), that added capacity resists the fluid overheating and cavitation that causes damper fade, so the shock continues to perform consistently rather than softening as it heats up. ICON's Compression Damping Control Valves add 10 discrete compression settings, letting the driver dial between a compliant street tune and a firm off-road setting without tools beyond the adjustment knob. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies and 7/8" diameter shafts are standard across the system.
Tubular UCAs and Triple-Rate Rear Coils
The tubular upper control arms correct caster geometry lost to the lift and carry ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation, more than a conventional ball joint, so the front suspension can cycle through its full travel without binding. PTFE-lined spherical bearings and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components are used throughout. At the rear, the coilovers are oriented shaft-up and paired with a unique triple-rate coil spring design; the progressive spring rates are tuned for a near-stock-weight Bronco. The tubular rear lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other, and allow pinion angle adjustment. Note: adding significant weight to the rear of the vehicle will compress the softer initial spring rate and may reduce realized ride height below the advertised figure.
Bolt-On Installation With Important Application Notes
No drilling, cutting, or welding is required. Several application-specific conditions apply and must be observed before and during installation. Running 37" or larger tires requires up-travel limiters (front: part 611075; rear: part 611074), sold separately. Non-Sasquatch Broncos running 35" tires should use the ICON High Clearance Crash Bar Kit (part 42000); crash bar removal may be required for 37" tires. When using ICON tubular rear lower links, hose routing kit part 611073 is required (included in this system). Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required. Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OEM steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances at the front coilovers. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) must be recalibrated after installation. Two-door Bronco models will sit taller than four-door models at the same lift setting.

Who This Is For and Isn't
The Stage 6 CDCV Tubular system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco four-door owners without the Sasquatch Package who want a complete, high-travel lift solution, particularly those who run 35" tires on mixed terrain and want tunable compression damping for both street and off-road use.
This system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Sasquatch-equipped Bronco. It is a full system requiring all included components, not a standalone shock upgrade. Up-travel limiters for 37" tire use, the High Clearance Crash Bar Kit, the adjustable rear track bar, and the Extreme Duty Tie Rod Kit are sold separately and are not included.
Common Questions
Will this system fit a Bronco with the Sasquatch Package?
The ICON Stage 6 CDCV Tubular system is engineered and tested for non-Sasquatch 2021–2026 Ford Broncos only. Lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles; this system is not compatible with the Sasquatch Package.
Can I run 37" tires with this suspension system?
The Stage 6 system may be safely used with 37" and larger tires when ICON up-travel limiters are installed: front part 611075 and rear part 611074, both sold separately. Crash bar removal may also be required for 37" tires on non-Sasquatch Broncos, though ICON offers a High Clearance Crash Bar Kit (part 42000) as an alternative.
What does CDCV mean and how does it work?
CDCV stands for Compression Damping Control Valve. On the Stage 6 coilovers, CDCV provides 10 discrete compression damping settings, controlling fluid flow through the shock under compression. This allows the driver to adjust suspension feel from a softer street setting to a firmer off-road tune without removing the shock from the vehicle.
Does this system require any cutting, drilling, or welding?
The ICON Stage 6 CDCV Tubular system is a 100% bolt-on installation with no drilling, cutting, or welding required. However, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) must be recalibrated after installation, and certain aftermarket accessories such as rock sliders may require modification to clear the rear reservoir brackets.
What components are included in the Stage 6 kit?
The Stage 6 CDCV Tubular system includes five matched assemblies: front 2.5 Series remote reservoir CDCV coilover kit, rear 2.5 Series remote reservoir CDCV coilover kit, tubular upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO, tubular rear lower link kit, and a rear-link hose routing kit. Accessories such as the adjustable track bar, tie rod kit, crash bar kit, and up-travel limiters are sold separately.
