The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System fits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models without the Sasquatch Package and delivers 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift, with up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel when running 35×12.50 tires. The kit includes front and rear 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV), billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, and billet rear lower links.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoir Coilovers with CDCV Tuning

The front and rear coilovers use custom-valved 2.5 Series remote reservoir shocks. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area, resisting the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade on long, rough runs. Compression Damping Control Valves provide 10 settings of compression adjustment (soft to firm), adjustable on the vehicle without removing the shocks. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies and 7/8" diameter shafts are machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum.

Rear Shaft-Up Orientation with Triple-Rate Coil Springs

The rear shocks are mounted shaft-up and paired with ICON's triple-rate coil springs, a design that maximizes rear suspension travel and ride quality for a near-stock-weight Bronco. Because the initial spring rates are softer by design, adding significant weight to the rear of the vehicle will reduce ride height below the advertised figures.

Billet UCAs and Rear Lower Links

Billet aluminum upper control arms provide on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability and incorporate ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. Billet rear lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other, combining free articulation with on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment. The full system is 100% bolt-on, with no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This Stage 6 kit suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 4-door owners without the Sasquatch Package who want maximum suspension travel, on-vehicle damping tunability, and fitment for 35" or 37" tires on aftermarket wheels. It is designed for both on-road and off-road use, including rock crawling and high-speed desert running.

This kit does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. OEM wheels are not compatible. Running 37" tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear), sold separately. On non-Sasquatch Broncos, factory crash bars must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; ICON's High Clearance Crash Bar Kit (part #42000) is available separately for those who want to retain crash bar functionality. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications may be required. Certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances at the front coilovers. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. California residents: this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (Prop 65).

Common Questions

Will this kit fit a Ford Bronco with the Sasquatch Package?

The ICON Stage 6 kit is designed specifically for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models without the Sasquatch Package. Lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles, and the kit will not fit Sasquatch or Bronco Raptor models.

Can this system run 37" tires?

The Stage 6 system is designed for 35×12.50 tires to achieve the stated travel figures. It may be used safely with 37" and larger tires using optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 for the front, part #611074 for the rear), which are sold separately. Crash bar removal may also be required when running 37" tires.

What does CDCV mean and how is it adjusted?

CDCV stands for Compression Damping Control Valve, an ICON-exclusive feature that controls fluid flow under compression. The Stage 6 coilovers offer 10 settings of compression damping adjustment, from soft to firm, allowing the suspension tune to be changed on the vehicle without removal to suit street driving, rock crawling, or high-speed off-road use.

Does installation require cutting, drilling, or welding?

The Stage 6 system is a 100% bolt-on kit with no cutting, drilling, or welding required for installation. However, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) must be recalibrated after the suspension is installed, and factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires.

Are OEM wheels compatible with this suspension system?

OEM wheels are not compatible with the ICON Stage 6 system. ICON recommends aftermarket wheels sized 17×8.5" with 4.75" backspace, 18×9" with 5" backspace, or 20×9" with 5" backspace for proper fitment with this suspension kit.
