The ICON Stage 6 Billet Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade for 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner 4WD models, delivering 1.25–3 inches of front lift and 0.75 inches of rear lift through a matched set of 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO ball joints, a front differential drop kit, dual-rate rear coil springs, a billet adjustable rear track bar, and 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir rear shocks. This system fits gasoline-engine 4WD 4Runners only.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoirs and Matched Valving

The front 2.5 Series coilovers and rear 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks both use remote reservoirs, which increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. Under sustained hard use, heat buildup causes damper fade and cavitation; the added reservoir capacity resists both, so the suspension continues to perform consistently on long off-road runs rather than degrading as temperatures rise. Front and rear shocks are valved together as a system, balancing damping response across the full vehicle rather than tuning each axle in isolation.

Corrected Geometry Through the Full Lift Range

The billet aluminum upper control arms restore and improve front-end geometry at lifted ride heights, with on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment to dial in drivability after installation. The ICON Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. The front differential drop kit works alongside the coilover lengths to maximize available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind across the 1.25–3 inch lift range.

Rear Lift and Axle Centering

The dual-rate rear coil springs use a softer rate at ride height for on-road comfort and a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance off-road, providing 0.75 inches of rear lift for a level front-to-rear stance. The billet adjustable rear track bar re-centers the rear axle after the lift and uses double adjuster rod end threads for fine length adjustment on the vehicle without removing or disassembling the bar.

Features

  • 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs: vehicle-specific valving, 1.25–3" height-adjustable front lift, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated bodies with 7/8" shafts
  • Billet aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: patented (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) ball joint, 90° articulation, on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined construction
  • Front differential drop kit with polyurethane bushings: maximizes front suspension travel and prevents CV bind; poly bushings limit differential movement under load
  • Dual-rate rear coil springs: 0.75" rear lift, softer ride-height rate with firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance
  • Billet adjustable rear track bar: re-centers rear axle; on-vehicle fine adjustment via double adjuster rod end threads
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks with remote reservoirs and integrated bump zones: 7/8" shafts, FK rod end bearings, fully serviceable

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner owners with 4WD gasoline-engine trucks who want a complete, matched suspension upgrade: increased wheel travel, corrected lifted geometry, and improved damping performance both on pavement and off-road, without sourcing individual components separately.

This system does not fit 2WD 4Runner models (the front differential drop kit, part 55160, is not required for 2WD; individual components can be purchased separately for 2WD use). It is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles. Advertised lift heights apply to stock gasoline-engine vehicles; adding accessories or weight will alter the lift range. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Tires larger than 33×11.50" may require fender trimming and modifications.

Common Questions

Does this system fit 2WD Toyota 4Runner models?

The ICON Stage 6 Billet system is configured for 4WD 4Runner models only. The front differential drop kit included in this system is not needed for 2WD applications; 4Runner owners with 2WD trucks can purchase the other suspension components individually for full system functionality. ICON has noted that 2WD-specific kits are forthcoming.

Is this system compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS)?

No. The ICON Stage 6 Billet Suspension System for the 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner is not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Confirm your 4Runner's suspension configuration before ordering.

Will OEM wheels and tires still fit after installing this system?

Yes, OEM wheels and tires are confirmed to fit with this system installed. For aftermarket fitments, ICON recommends a 17×8.5 wheel with 6.32-inch backspace and 40mm offset, or an ICON Alloys 18×9 with 6.6-inch backspace and 40mm offset. Tires up to 33×11.50 inches are recommended; larger sizes may fit but can require fender trimming.

Are the shocks and ball joints serviceable?

Yes. All shocks in the Stage 6 Billet system are fully serviceable. The ICON Delta Joint PRO ball joint used in the billet upper control arms is both serviceable and rebuildable, which extends the service life of the UCA assembly compared to a non-serviceable OE-style joint.

Does installing this system require recalibrating any vehicle systems?

Yes. Installation of the ICON Stage 6 Billet Suspension System on the 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after the install is complete. Plan for this step when scheduling installation.
