ICON Stage 6 2.5 Suspension System for 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 2.5 Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for the 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro, delivering 1–2.5" of front lift and 2" of rear lift while retaining the factory billet aluminum front upper control arms. Four components make up the system: VS 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir front coilovers, dual-rate rear coil springs, CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum adjustable rear lower links, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir rear shocks.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Vehicle-Specific Coilover Length Preserves OE Upper Control Arms
The VS 2.5 Series front coilovers are built to a Sequoia TRD Pro-specific shock length that works with the stock billet upper control arms rather than replacing them. The larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area, combined with that vehicle-specific length, extract the maximum wheel travel the OE control arms allow. Front lift height is adjustable across the full 1–2.5" range over stock, opening up fitment for larger wheel and tire combinations including 35" tires (minor fender trimming may be required).
Remote Reservoirs and CDC Valves on Every Shock
All four shock absorbers in this system carry remote reservoirs, which increase oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation during sustained hard use. Every shock also includes an externally adjustable CDC Valve with 10 settings of compression damping force, from soft to hard, so the tune can be dialed in without removing the shock. The rear 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks add an internal Bump Zone that generates an additional 20% of damping force at the end of travel to control hard bottom-outs. All ICON shocks in this system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
Billet Rear Lower Links for Articulation and Pinion Angle
The included billet aluminum rear lower links are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. PTFE-lined FK rod ends increase suspension articulation and reduce deflection, while ICON's double adjuster system allows on-vehicle link arm length adjustment for pinion angle correction. Multi-durometer bushings provide noise-free operation and maximum angularity without periodic greasing.
Features
- VS 2.5 Series front coilovers: vehicle-specific length compatible with stock Sequoia TRD Pro billet upper control arms, 2.5" shock body, remote reservoir, CDCV
- 1–2.5" front lift adjustability: adjustable over stock on a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing accessory weight alters lift range
- Dual-rate rear coil springs: softer ride-height rate with firmer overload rate; 2" of rear lift over stock on TRD Pro for a level front-to-rear stance
- Billet 6061 aluminum rear lower links: CNC machined, anodized, PTFE-lined FK rod ends, double adjuster, multi-durometer bushings
- 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks: remote reservoir, CDCV, internal Bump Zone (+20% damping force at end of travel), fully rebuildable
- 10-setting CDC Valve: externally adjustable compression damping on all four shocks

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro owners who want 1–2.5" of front lift and 2" of rear lift, improved on- and off-road damping performance, and 35" tire clearance while keeping the factory billet front upper control arms. The 10-setting CDC Valve makes it appropriate for drivers who want to tune between daily-driving comfort and off-road performance without removing shocks.
This system is designed exclusively for the Sequoia TRD Pro and is not compatible with non-TRD Pro Sequoia trims. It is designed for use with the stock billet TRD front upper control arms and is not intended for builds that have already replaced those arms. Lift heights stated apply to a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories or cargo weight will alter the achieved lift range. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. An ICON differential drop kit (part# 55156) is recommended for TRD Pro fitment but is not included; if the differential drop is installed, the ICON skid plate spacer kit (part# 55164) is also required and sold separately.
Common Questions
Does this system work with the stock Sequoia TRD Pro front upper control arms?
Yes. The Stage 6 system's VS 2.5 Series front coilovers are built to a vehicle-specific shock length engineered to retain and work with the factory billet aluminum front upper control arms on the 2023-2026 Sequoia TRD Pro. No front upper control arm replacement is required or included.
How much lift does this system provide?
The Stage 6 system provides 1–2.5" of adjustable front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock on a stock-equipped 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. Achieved lift will vary if the vehicle carries added accessories or cargo weight.
What tire size does this system support?
The Stage 6 system is designed to support up to 35" x 12.50" tires on the 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. Minor fender trimming and modifications may be required to run that size.
Is a differential drop kit required for installation?
An ICON differential drop kit (part# 55156) is recommended for the Sequoia TRD Pro application but is not required and is not included in this system. If the differential drop kit is installed, the ICON skid plate spacer kit (part# 55164) is also required and must be purchased separately.
Do the shocks need to be removed to adjust damping?
No. All four shock absorbers in the Stage 6 system include externally adjustable CDC Valves that provide 10 settings of compression damping adjustment from soft to hard. Adjustments are made from outside the shock without removal or disassembly.
Are the shocks rebuildable?
Yes. All ICON shock absorbers included in the Stage 6 2.5 Suspension System are fully rebuildable and re-tunable, extending service life and allowing valving changes if the vehicle's use case changes over time.
