The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Tubular Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco four-door models equipped with the Sasquatch Package, delivering 2–3" of front lift and 1.25–2.25" of rear lift alongside up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel when running 35x12.50 tires. The system ships as five matched components: front and rear 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilover kits, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, tubular rear lower links with hose routing kit included.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoir Coilovers Built for Sustained Off-Road Performance

The front and rear coilovers use custom-valved, vehicle-specific damper tuning and 7/8" diameter shafts housed in corrosion-resistant CAD-plated bodies. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area, which resists the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade on long, rough runs. For a Bronco used hard on rocky trails or high-speed desert terrain, that sustained damping consistency matters more than peak numbers on a dyno sheet. Ride height is adjustable within the stated lift range without removing the shocks.

Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO for Caster Correction and Articulation

The tubular upper control arms correct caster geometry to restore factory-spec drivability at the increased lift height and are built around ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which provides up to 90 degrees of total articulation. PTFE-lined spherical bearings and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components keep weight down while handling the lateral and binding loads that destroy OEM rubber bushings at lift. The result is steering feel and alignment stability that a spacer lift or budget UCA cannot replicate.

Tubular Rear Lower Links Free Up Rear Articulation

The adjustable tubular rear lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other, allowing pinion angle adjustment and significantly more rear articulation than the stock links. The rear shocks are oriented shaft-up and paired with triple-rate coil springs engineered to optimize ride quality for a near-stock-weight Bronco. The triple-rate rear coils are calibrated for a lightly loaded vehicle; adding significant weight to the rear will reduce ride height below the advertised range.

Features

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco four-door owners with the Sasquatch Package who want a substantive lift and travel upgrade for mixed on-road and off-road use, including rock crawling and high-speed trail running on 35" or 37" tires. Two-door Bronco owners should note the system fits but will sit taller than the advertised lift range. The Bronco Everglades variant will see a front lift range of 1.5–2.5" over stock rather than the standard 2–3".

This system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor. It is not designed for Broncos without the Sasquatch Package (lift heights and application notes are based on Sasquatch-equipped vehicles). Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part 611075 front, part 611074 rear), sold separately. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications to those accessories may be required. Certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances around the front coilovers.

Common Questions

Does this system fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or 2-door Bronco?

The ICON Stage 5 Tubular system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor. It is compatible with 2021–2026 Ford Bronco two-door models, but two-door Broncos will sit taller than the advertised 2–3" front and 1.25–2.25" rear lift figures, which are based on four-door Sasquatch-equipped vehicles.

Can I run 37" tires with this suspension system?

The ICON Stage 5 Tubular system may be safely used with 37" and larger tires, but doing so requires optional up-travel limiters: part 611075 for the front and part 611074 for the rear, both sold separately. Travel figures of 11.5" front and 14" rear are rated with 35x12.50 tires.

What is included in the Stage 5 kit, and what is sold separately?

The Stage 5 Tubular kit includes five components: front 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilover kit, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, tubular rear lower link kit, rear hose routing kit (1.75"), and rear 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilover kit. Up-travel limiters, bump stop spacers, the extreme duty tie rod kit, and the adjustable rear track bar are sold separately.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this system?

Yes. The ICON Stage 5 Tubular Suspension System requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems after installation. This applies to any Bronco equipped with ADAS features and should be performed by a qualified shop with the appropriate calibration equipment.

Will adding weight to the rear of the Bronco affect ride height?

The triple-rate rear coil springs in this system are optimized for a near-stock-weight Bronco. The softer initial spring rates are calibrated for a lightly loaded vehicle, so adding significant weight to the rear will result in lower-than-advertised rear ride height.
