ICON Stage 5 Tubular Suspension System for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco Non-Sasquatch 3-4" Lift Heavy Rate Rear Springs
ICON Stage 5 Tubular Suspension System for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco Non-Sasquatch 3-4" Lift Heavy Rate Rear Springs
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Tubular Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models without the Sasquatch Package, delivering 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock on 4-door Broncos. The system pairs custom-valved 2.5" remote reservoir coilovers front and rear with tubular upper control arms, tubular rear lower links, and heavy-rate rear coil springs engineered for Broncos carrying extra gear weight. Two-door Broncos will sit taller than the stated lift figures.

Remote Reservoir Coilovers Built for Sustained Off-Road Use
The front and rear coilovers in this system use custom valving and remote reservoirs that increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. On repeated hard runs (washboard roads, rock crawling, high-speed desert terrain), standard shocks can overheat and cavitate, causing damper fade and a loss of control feel. The remote reservoir design resists that fade, keeping damping consistent through extended rough-terrain use. Coilover ride height is adjustable, and 7/8" diameter shafts with corrosion-resistant CAD-plated bodies are used throughout.
Tubular Control Arms and Rear Links Free Up Articulation
The tubular upper control arms provide caster correction and incorporate ICON's Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. Greater articulation means the front suspension can follow terrain more closely without binding, which translates directly to traction and steering feel on uneven ground. The tubular rear lower links are adjustable for pinion angle and use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other, improving rear articulation and ground clearance over the stock links.
Heavy-Rate Rear Springs for Loaded Broncos
The rear coilovers in this Stage 5 kit use ICON's progressive dual-rate heavy-rate coil springs, mounted shaft-up. These springs are optimized for Broncos that regularly carry extra gear, rooftop tents, or other rear-loaded weight. When the Bronco is unloaded, the stiffer spring rate will produce a slight positive rake (nose-down attitude). This is expected behavior specific to the heavy-rate tune and is not a fitment or installation problem.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners without the Sasquatch Package who want a complete, bolt-on suspension upgrade in the 3–4" front lift range, particularly those who load their Bronco with gear, a rooftop tent, or other rear weight and need a spring rate that handles that load without sagging.
This system does not fit Bronco Raptor models or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. Running 35" or larger tires requires removal of the factory crash bars (ICON's High Clearance Crash Bar kit is sold separately). Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear, sold separately) and may also require crash bar removal. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and fitment testing was performed with ICON and OEM steering components only; certain aftermarket steering components may not clear the front coilovers.
Common Questions
Will this system fit a Bronco with the Sasquatch Package?
No. The ICON Stage 5 Tubular system (K40005TX) is engineered and lift-rated specifically for 2021–2026 Ford Broncos without the Sasquatch Package. Lift heights and all application notes are based on Non-Sasquatch-equipped vehicles. A separate ICON system is required for Sasquatch-equipped Broncos.
Can I run 37" tires with this suspension system?
The Stage 5 system can be used safely with 37" and larger tires. Doing so requires ICON up-travel limiters (part #611075 for the front, part #611074 for the rear), which are sold separately. Crash bar removal may also be required when running 37" tires, though retaining crash bar functionality is recommended where possible using the ICON High Clearance Crash Bar kit.
Do the factory crash bars need to come off for 35" tires?
Yes. On Non-Sasquatch Broncos, the factory crash bars must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires. ICON offers a High Clearance Crash Bar kit (part #42000) as a replacement for owners who want to retain crash bar functionality while running larger tires. That kit is sold separately from this Stage 5 system.
What does the heavy-rate rear spring mean for everyday driving?
The ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs in this Stage 5 kit are optimized for Broncos carrying extra weight in the rear, such as gear or a rooftop tent. When the Bronco is unloaded, the stiffer spring rate will produce a slight positive rake (nose-down attitude). This is expected behavior specific to the heavy-rate tune and is not a fitment or installation problem.
Does installation require any cutting, welding, or drilling?
The ICON Stage 5 Tubular Suspension System is a 100% bolt-on system. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is required after the suspension is installed, and rear reservoir brackets may require modifications if aftermarket steps or rock sliders are already fitted to the vehicle.
