The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Tubular Suspension System fits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models without the Sasquatch Package and delivers 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock, with up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel when running 35×12.50 tires. The system ships as five matched components: 2.5 VS remote-reservoir front coilovers, Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO, 2.5 VS remote-reservoir rear coilovers, tubular rear lower links, and a rear-link hose route kit.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoirs for Sustained Performance

The front and rear coilovers use remote reservoirs that increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. Heat buildup under repeated hard use causes damper fade in conventional shocks; the added reservoir capacity resists overheating and cavitation so damping stays consistent from the first mile to the last. Shocks are fully serviceable after the fact, which matters for a system intended for years of hard use.

Tubular Control Arms and Rear Links for Articulation and Alignment

The Tubular Upper Control Arms provide caster correction alongside the increased lift and feature ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. At 90 degrees of freedom, the front suspension moves through its full travel without binding at the joint, a meaningful advantage on uneven terrain where one wheel drops while the other climbs. The tubular rear lower links are adjustable and allow for pinion angle correction; they use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other for a balance of compliance on the road and free movement off it.

Bolt-On Installation, No Cutting or Welding

The Stage 5 system is 100% bolt-on, with no drilling, cutting, or welding required. PTFE-lined spherical bearings, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, CAD-plated coilover shock bodies, and 7/8" diameter shafts are included across the system. The rear coilovers are oriented shaft-up and use a unique triple-rate coil spring design optimized for near-stock vehicle weight; adding significant cargo or accessories to the rear will reduce ride height below the advertised figure. ADAS recalibration is required after installation.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners without the Sasquatch Package who want a complete, bolt-on suspension upgrade in the 3–4" front / 2–3" rear lift range, with the travel and component strength to run 35" tires confidently on and off-road. Buyers running 37" or larger tires can use this system with the addition of optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear), sold separately.

This system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. It is not designed for Bronco Sport. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications to those accessories may be required. Certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances at the front coilovers; fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components only. The high-clearance crash bar kit (part #42000), extreme duty tie rod kit, adjustable track bar, and up-travel limiters are sold separately and are not included in this kit.

Common Questions

Does this system fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or the Sasquatch Package Bronco?

The ICON Stage 5 Tubular system is engineered specifically for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models without the Sasquatch Package. It will not fit the Bronco Raptor, and lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles only.

What tire sizes are compatible, and are there any requirements for larger tires?

The Stage 5 Tubular system is designed for up to 35×12.50 tires at the stated travel figures. Running 37" or larger tires requires the addition of optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear), sold separately. On non-Sasquatch Broncos, the factory crash bars must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; ICON offers a replacement High Clearance Crash Bar kit (part #42000) for those who want to retain crash bar functionality.

Will a 2-door Bronco sit at the same height as a 4-door?

No. The lift heights of 3–4" front and 2–3" rear are based on stock 4-door Bronco configurations. A 2-door Bronco will sit taller than advertised with this system installed.

Do the rear coil springs perform the same way regardless of how much gear is loaded in the vehicle?

The triple-rate rear coil springs in this Stage 5 system are optimized for a near-stock weight Bronco. Adding significant weight to the rear of the vehicle (cargo, rooftop tents, heavy bumpers) will result in ride height lower than the advertised figure, because the softer initial spring rates compress further under added load.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installation?

Yes. The ICON Stage 5 Tubular system requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation. This applies to any Bronco equipped with ADAS features and should be performed by a qualified technician.
