ICON Stage 5 Tubular 2.5 Suspension System for 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra
ICON Stage 5 Tubular 2.5 Suspension System for 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Tubular 2.5 Suspension System is a complete bolt-on suspension upgrade for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra, delivering 2–3.5" of front lift over stock on most i-Force gasoline-equipped models. The system pairs VS 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers with tubular upper control arms, a sway bar drop kit, and 2.0 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks for balanced front-to-rear performance on- and off-road. Lift range varies by sub-model and engine; see application notes below.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
More Front Travel, Less Heat Buildup
The VS 2.5 Series front coilovers use a larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area compared to stock components, yielding up to 40% more front wheel travel over stock. The internal reservoir design manages heat during sustained off-road use, maintaining consistent damping when the suspension is working hardest. At the rear, the 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks add remote reservoirs that further extend consistent damping duration and reduce operating temperature under heavy use, a meaningful step up from the non-remote versions in earlier Stage systems.
Corrected Geometry Through the Full Travel Range
The tubular upper control arms restore proper front-end geometry at lifted ride heights, adding built-in caster correction and improving clearance for suspension components. The ICON Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. The included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in the OE sway bar links across the suspension travel range, so the full wheel travel is usable without overstressing stock components.
Bolt-On Installation, No Cutting Required
Every component in the Stage 5 system installs without drilling, cutting, or welding. All ICON shock absorbers in this system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. OEM wheels and tires fit; ICON recommends 17×8.5" aftermarket wheels with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset and 35×12.50" tires (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required for the tire size).

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra owners running 4WD who want a complete, bolt-on front and rear suspension upgrade with 2–3.5" of front lift, increased wheel travel, and the ability to run up to 35" tires. It is well matched to drivers who use their Tundra both on-road daily and off-road on weekends and want balanced, rebuildable damping at both ends.
This system is not compatible with Tundra models equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). It is not a universal fit across all sub-models: TRD Pro models achieve only 0–1.5" of front lift, and i-Force MAX hybrid models are limited to 2–3" front lift. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package require the ICON Differential Drop Kit (Part# 55156) or Toyota TRD axles, neither of which is included in this system. If the vehicle is equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, Part# 55164 is also required and is not included.
Common Questions
Does this system fit every 2022–2026 Tundra sub-model the same way?
The ICON Stage 5 Tubular 2.5 system fits all 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra models, but front lift range varies by sub-model and engine. Most i-Force gasoline models achieve 2–3.5" of front lift; i-Force MAX hybrid models achieve 2–3"; TRD Pro models achieve 0–1.5"; and SR5 models with the TRD Sport Suspension package achieve 3–4.5". All lift ranges are measured over a stock-equipped vehicle.
Is a differential drop kit included for 4WD models?
The ICON Stage 5 Tubular 2.5 system does not include a differential drop kit. For 4WD Tundra models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends adding the ICON Differential Drop Kit (Part# 55156) or using Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage. TRD Pro models do not require the differential drop kit.
What does the Delta Joint PRO do, and can it be serviced?
The Delta Joint PRO is a rebuildable, serviceable ball joint replacement included in the tubular upper control arms of this Stage 5 system. It provides 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel of the Tundra's front suspension without the bind that can occur with the OE ball joint at lifted ride heights.
Will OEM wheels and tires still fit after installing this system?
OEM wheels and tires are compatible with the ICON Stage 5 Tubular 2.5 system on the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra. For aftermarket fitment, ICON recommends 17×8.5" wheels with 5.75" backspace and 25mm offset, paired with 35×12.50" tires. Minor fender trimming and modifications may be required to run the 35" tire size.
Does installation require any cutting, welding, or drilling?
The ICON Stage 5 Tubular 2.5 Suspension System for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra is a 100% bolt-on system. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) do require recalibration after the suspension is installed.
