The ICON Stage 5 Suspension System delivers a 2.5-inch lift for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with 4WD and gasoline engines, combining fabricated radius arms, dual-rate coil springs, CDCV-equipped front and rear shocks, a dual steering stabilizer kit, an adjustable front track bar, and rear leaf spring expansion packs into a single 100% bolt-on package that requires no drilling, cutting, or welding. Single rear wheel models only; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis or diesel-powered trucks.

External Damping Adjustment Without Removing the Shocks
The front ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks use a remote reservoir with a CDC Valve, and the rear 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks use a piggyback reservoir with a CDC Valve, both providing 10 compression damping settings adjustable on the vehicle, from soft to hard. That range lets a driver soften the ride for a long highway haul and firm it back up for a loaded work run or a rough trail, without pulling the shocks or visiting a shop. Both front and rear shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
Radius Arms Built Around Tire Clearance and Caster Adjustment
The fabricated, fully boxed radius arms include a sealed pivot bushing that reduces road feedback and resists wear for long-term quiet operation. The arm profile is optimized so a 37-inch tall tire clears the radius arm at full steering lock. On-vehicle caster adjustment is built in, allowing alignment correction without removing the arms. The system also carries a lifetime guarantee against spring sag or breakage.
Rear Compliance Without Sacrificing Tow Capacity
Rear leaf spring expansion packs, blocks, and U-bolts work together to reduce axle wrap and soften the rear ride over stock. On F-250 models the rear blocks replace the OE blocks for 0.5 inches of rear lift over stock; on F-350 models the rear ride height is 0.5 inches lower than stock. ICON states towing capacity is unchanged from stock. Lift heights are based on a 4WD Crew Cab gas configuration; Tremor-package trucks will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift rather than 2.5 inches.
Features

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits owners of 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty trucks with 4WD, a gasoline engine, and single rear wheels who want a 2.5-inch lift with externally adjustable damping, improved off-road capability, and a bolt-on install that preserves towing capacity.
This system does not fit diesel-powered Super Duty trucks, F-350 Cab & Chassis models, dual rear wheel configurations, or any Super Duty outside the 2023–2026 model years. Trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (ICON part 66203). Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require ICON part 611081. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. The ICON track bar bump steer bracket (part 64039) is separately recommended to correct bump steer geometry.
Common Questions
Does this system work with diesel-powered F-250 and F-350 trucks?
The ICON Stage 5 system for 2023–2026 Ford Super Duty is not compatible with diesel engines. The dual-rate coil springs in this kit are rated specifically for gasoline-engine trucks; a separate ICON system is required for diesel-powered Super Duty applications.
How much lift does a Tremor-package truck get with this system?
On a 2023–2026 Ford Super Duty equipped with the Tremor package, this Stage 5 system produces approximately 1.5 inches of front lift over stock rather than the standard 2.5 inches. Rear lift figures follow the same F-250/F-350 split as non-Tremor trucks.
Are any additional parts required beyond what is in the box?
Trucks with OnBoard Scales require ICON sensor bracket part 66203. Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require ICON part 611081. The ICON track bar bump steer bracket (part 64039) is separately recommended. A braided stainless brake line kit (part 61111) is optional but not required to complete the install. ADAS recalibration is required after installation.
Can the damping be adjusted without removing the shocks?
The front and rear shocks in this Stage 5 system are each equipped with a CDC Valve, providing 10 compression damping settings accessible on the vehicle without disassembly, ranging from soft to hard.
Will 37-inch tires clear the radius arms at full steering lock?
The fabricated radius arms in this system use a profile optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock, and ICON states a 37-inch tall tire clears the arm without contact. However, fitting 37 x 12.50-inch tires may also require fender trimming and other modifications beyond the suspension install itself.
