The ICON Stage 5 Suspension System delivers a 2.5-inch lift for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks equipped with diesel engines, combining fabricated radius arms, dual-rate coil springs, CDCV-equipped front and rear shocks, a dual steering stabilizer kit, an adjustable front track bar, and rear leaf spring expansion packs into a single bolt-on package. Lift height is based on a 4WD Crew Cab diesel; Tremor-equipped trucks will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift over stock.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Tunable Damping Without Removing the Shocks
The 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote-reservoir front shocks and CDCV piggyback-reservoir rear shocks each carry ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve, giving 10 distinct compression settings adjustable on the vehicle without tools. The range spans from a compliant highway tune to a firmer off-road setting, so the same truck can tow a trailer on Friday and run a washboard trail on Saturday without a shop visit between the two.
Radius Arms Built Around Tire Clearance and Caster
The fabricated, fully boxed radius arms use a sealed pivot bushing to reduce road noise and extend service life. Their profile is optimized so a 37-inch-tall tire clears the arm at full steering lock without contact. On-vehicle caster adjustment lets the installer dial in geometry after the lift without pulling the arms. No driveshaft modifications are required for the complete system.
Rear Compliance Without Sacrificing Tow Capacity
Rear leaf spring expansion packs, blocks, and U-bolts replace the OE rear blocks and add compliance while reducing axle wrap. On F-250 models the rear blocks provide 0.5 inch of rear lift over stock; on F-350 models the rear ride height drops 0.5 inch compared to stock. ICON states towing capacity is unchanged from stock.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty owners running 4WD diesel single-rear-wheel configurations who want a tunable, bolt-on 2.5-inch lift with no driveshaft modifications. Primary uses include towing, job-site work, and off-road driving.
This system does not fit gas-engine Super Duty models, dual-rear-wheel (dually) configurations, or F-350 Cab and Chassis models. It is not compatible with 2WD models. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (part 66203, sold separately). Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require part 611081 (sold separately). The optional brake line kit (part 61111) and the bump steer bracket (part 64039) are sold separately and not included in this system.
Common Questions
Does this system fit gas-powered F-250 or F-350 trucks?
No. The ICON Stage 5 K65894RL system uses dual-rate coil springs rated specifically for diesel-engine load. It is not compatible with gas-engine Super Duty models; ICON offers separate suspension systems for gas-powered applications.
Will this system work on a dually (dual-rear-wheel) F-350?
No. The ICON Stage 5 K65894RL fits single-rear-wheel models only. Dual-rear-wheel F-350 configurations are not supported by this kit.
How much rear lift does the system provide on an F-350?
On F-350 models the rear expansion packs and blocks replace the OE rear blocks and result in a rear ride height approximately 0.5 inch lower than stock. On F-250 models the same components provide approximately 0.5 inch of rear lift over stock.
What is the largest tire that clears the radius arms at full steering lock?
The ICON fabricated radius arms in this Stage 5 system are profiled to clear a 37-inch-tall tire at full steering lock without contact. ICON recommends 35 × 12.50-inch tires as the primary fitment; 37 × 12.50-inch tires may fit but can require fender trimming and additional modifications.
Is any drilling, cutting, or welding required to install this system?
No. The ICON Stage 5 K65894RL is a 100% bolt-on system. No drilling, cutting, welding, or driveshaft modifications are required for the complete installation.
Are there any post-installation requirements beyond the physical install?
Yes. Trucks equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Trucks with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (part 66203). Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require part 611081. Both add-ons are sold separately.
